Both dramas are set in the classical music world and both focus on very ambitious women. Both dramas have as a theme marriage and marriage problems, addictive romance and how much you are willing to sacrifice.

Both has LGBTQ characters and body swapping plots .
Difference is that in kamisama the body swapped character comes back as a female.

Both are slice of life Japanese dramas in which the leads cook for each other. In both, one lead is closeted or hasn't come to terms with his sexuality, while the other is open about it.

Both are slice of life, food centered BLs with a similar vibe, but the contrast that one is a steady and stable relationship and the other is one that has broken up.

Similarities:

1. Soft, sweet ML and a tough, no nonsense FL.
2. ML has a special ability used to solve cases with FL.
3. Past tragedy with a secret that creates more tragedy in the present.
4. Mix of comedy, tragedy, plot and romance in the story.

The biggest difference thematically is the nature of "evil". In He Is Psychometric, evil is ingrained and deterministic. In I Hear Your Voice, it's a matter of choices and consequences.

Same creator- I wasn’t even aware at first, I just liked it and then found out. Detached ML with a reason behind it, learning to navigate feelings. Strong FL. Great humor at times, serious at other times. Still not as great of chemistry like in LBFAD (to me) but great overall.
