Both are a whodunit murder plot and both have some kind of time loop even though it's not quite a loop in 365, in mobius it is 1 day repeated up to 5 times.
Both have the set up that justice will prevail.
They are quite different but I would say if you enjoy dramas like 365 you would enjoy mobius.
