Both drama tackles the struggles of growing up in a dysfunctional family. Showcase a strong support system between childhood friends. Realistic interpretation of love blossoming between friends which may or may not work. They have very lovable and endearing casts. Tear-jerking experience. The beauty of youth and how life forces you to leave it and grow up.

I might add an unrelated recommendation but I believe both start in a similar background which is racing and the racing scene is pretty fine. There this ‘difference’ in the genre and the ‘leads’ of course but I hope it’ll satisfy those that are interested in the racing concept mentioned in the drama.

In both of these BL dramas, one of the leads is an amateur photographer who comes to idolize one of his classmates. Even after that classmate returns his affection, he feels too inferior and unworthy - which causes further problems in their budding relationship.

Same main actor, and similar procedural-style drama where the protagonists take on investigations/cases to fight for justice. Great chemistry and action sequences!

Both show deals wanting revenge for the greater peace of mind to whomever is involved........ notable performance by both the MLs in the shows

The Red Sleeve tells the story of the son of Sado who is the main focus of Crimson Moon.

Mask is wayyy more serious than Wedding Impossible but it is good for those who enjoy marriage contract tropes! It's one of my favorites!

We find a romance with age difference where the man is older and it is also the same actor who plays the main lead. The drama also has the same format 50 EPISODES.

Both shows will be appreciated by the same viewers

We find a similar plot with a childhood love with age difference. They will meet again later and they will both be adults and will be able to start their love story. Romance takes place over several years like HIDDEN LOVE.

The lonely warrior is a story about police investigation to find the criminal of several murders; a journey to bring the criminal to justice that spanned many years.

Xu Kai plays the same character personality-wise. Very cheeky, intelligent, and charismatic.
He also finds out the cross dressing girl is a girl before anyone else.
