BL series; both stories involve the main character using time travel to save his doomed love life. Always Meet Again has a bit more of serious tone and Be My Favorite is lighter with more humor.
Both dramas are about everyday life, where through simple moments, care, and communication, people build deep, warm relationships and a sense of “home.”
Light, gentle atmosphere
Both dramas:
- have a warm, romantic mood
- include cute and touching moments
- are not overly dramatic or dark

Tian Xiwei's character in Lovely Us reminds me so much of her character in First Love! They're literally the same person, silly and cute.
Both are heartwarming dramas that don't stress you out.

Li Shao Rong is an elegant and talented orchestra cellist who meets up with Zheng Jin Tai, a less-than-handsome-looking man who has walked long, unfortunate and ill-fated love roads. It is heart-touching and engaging to watch Jin Tai's devotion, sincerity and persistent love attitudes still shine through even after 99 unsuccessful proposals. There are right turns and wrong twists in their lives, especially with the appearance of Jun Shi, a charismatic rich man. Practice makes perfect. Will Jin Tai's next proposal win him a bride or will his proposals keep tallying up? Romanticize yourself with this series that speaks right to the heart!
A widow and her daughter fall in love with the same man. The village wants to build an arch at the entrance of the village in honour to the widow. The arch embodies the confucian values and moral of chastity and is a prestigious symbol for the village. The widow has to decide to keep chastity and allow the village to get the arch or follow her desires and get married.
Main characters' dynamic is pretty much the same: single mom who has to deal with ex-husband's crap finds a nice police officer after a big change in her life.
Both gl and the main leads both have a great dynamic. However play park is alot more fast paced. They both knew eachother from smt they had to do. Both of their main lead has some trauma that makes their relationship harder.
Both gl but heart code is more mature. One of the main leads, Vicky acts kind of similar to Jane. Heart code has great visuals too and the plot is soo well balanced I totally recommend.
Both gl and they are both fluffy and cute. Like a palette is set in college though and more like I cannot reach you with no villain and no side couple.
Both the series has a focus on multiple individual cases where they deal with them one by one. They have a main theme of justice and with humour laced into them. If you have watched one of them and enjoyed it I think you will like the other one. Tomorrow is more super natural themed than Pro Bono but they have a similar vibe and feel.
Both share the same general storyline where the main character is transported into a game/system where their health depends on their ability to increase a specific person's happiness levels
It's both been the best drama you seen this year
It has the best main character's and side characters

Both High School Queen and Mr. Queen share a similar premise where a character’s identity is displaced across time and bodies, forcing them to adapt to a completely unfamiliar world. In Mr. Queen, a modern man’s soul ends up in the body of a Joseon queen, creating a comedic clash between modern behavior and royal traditions. In contrast, High School Queen reverses this idea by bringing a powerful Joseon queen into the modern world, where she lives as a high school student and confronts issues like bullying using her strength and skills.
While both stories explore identity and adaptation, their tones are very different. Mr. Queen focuses on humor, romance, and palace politics, whereas High School Queen leans more toward action, empowerment, and modern social issues. Interestingly, both dramas are connected behind the scenes as well, as Mr. Queen was directed by Yoon Sung-sik , and High School Queen is also reported to be directed by the same director, making the similarity between the two projects even more notable.
