Does however include a supernatural element although it doesn't exactly revolve only around it. It's a great series either way and it made me think of it when watching Let's talk about Chu.

A corrupt and cruel senior minister rises to power following the death of a Joseon king. The minister uses his lawless co-conspirators to prop up his power and abuse the king's subjects. One of the subjects - a victim of injustice - uses the law to punish the criminals and eventually help those in need. The female leads run a business that is as altruistic as it is profitable.

The two dramas complement each other in that Joseon Attorney portrays certain aspects of life in the Joseon dynasty not shown in Knight Flower.

Knight Flower stands above Joseon Attorney thanks to Lee Ha Nee, better developed chara cters, and an excellent script. Joseon Attorney is a bit more average for a saeguk although the actors are almost all excellent (except the FL and the ML's sidekick). It is also a feast for the eyes.

First off, they both have "Action, Thriller, Mystery" as genres.
I love watching women being badasses and that's a big reason why I loved these two dramas.

It's also a drama from the insurance theme. The main characters (Hwang Dong Jo and Kim Min Joon have a lot in common). Both of the dramas have the same cool effect of badass main character who is always prepared for everything and have good twists. They are very similar also because there is a revenge theme ( in mad dog is the fact that Min Joon's brother was accused of crashing the plane and in Tracer Dong Joo is trying to find more about his father's death).

In both series, one of the main characters is hardworking and has no personal life when someone from his past suddenly shows up and tries to make him happier and to get close to him at the same time, using not only his charm but also good cooking skills. Perfect Propose is just more mature.

Hiro's so stressed out at work that he can barely have proper meals or get some well-earned sleep. When he passes out on the sidewalk after yet another stressful day, an unfamiliar face calls out to him - apparently, they once promised to marry each other? What's Kai Fukaya's deal, and why is he so insistent on assuming the role of Hiro's fiancé?
