Both are cute and sweet.

They just overall have a kind of similar vibe in how the leads are fated together and that there were a lot of things that happened for them to be together in the end.
This two drama absolutely focuses about judge entirely. The drama themes revolves about how judge life, their ethics, the struggle to decide about cases. While Korean drama focuses on crime cases, the Chinese drama focuses on root cases society such as divorce, sue, and empolyees-employer relationship. All the cases in Chinese Drama are interesting to watch because it's all about issues we dealing everyday. Worth to watch this two drama if you want to know about judicial system in China and Korea and focuses on judge entirely.

This drama has a lot of twists and turns too and good acting. Both dramas have great fighting scenes. Love is present but never takes over the plot. The ups and downs of brotherhood is central to the story.
This short movie has the same tension and aesthetics. The actors Zuo Ye (Young Master Yue) and Sun Chen Jun (Jin Fan) plays supporting roles.
Has the tension, the balancing act with tragedy, but I feel Bloody Romance is watched more for a good cry while My Journey to You is watched for the tension and aesthetics. Both top of the class with great acting in my book.
Both of these short dramas feature encounters female leads have during their "healing" trips; both focus on spiritual journey as well
Both were portraying tumultuous decades of South Korean history. A bit different approach but seeing the same object of history.
Both have the similar relationship between older woman and teenage under-age boy. Also has steamy scenes too.
Chijo no Kiss and Kaette Kitara Ippai Shite are similar:
