Both dramas are about time travel and saving their loved ones. While Tomorrow with You is centered around the romance between the ML and FL, Kairos revolves around the mystery of the people around it.

Both ML didn’t know they had a child
Both ML are a CEO of a big company
FL in TLYGM is smart, succesful and talented and doesn’t actually need a man unlike the FL in LNF
Both children are so cute
I definitely would recommend this drama!

Both are historical dramas with the leads trapped between forbidden love and the schemes/politics of the court. Both have a palace setting, a creepy dowager empress who preys on much younger men, and an obsessed SML who wants both the throne and the FL. UL ends happily, OAO ends tragically.
Both are tragic historical dramas in which the main couple can't be together and are constantly entangled with the schemes and politics of the palace. Both have an obsessed SML who wants both the throne and the FL. In the end, the ML dies and the FL commits suicide or wills herself to die of her illness in order to join him.
Both movies has very similar plot.
Which is the leads meet each other end up liking each other but one has to leave and over the years they reunite.

This is a story of how the 'rabbit' (Gu An Xin) brings home a 'big bad wolf' (Ling Yue) when she chances upon the hotshot executive after an accident. His injuries and the accident were the result of an ugly fight for succession at a powerful conglomerate. But none of that was evident initially; he first appeared stupid but slowly proved himself to be a genius.
Both have a FL that had her face disfigured, but still manage to find love.............................................
The male leads are initially fooled by the female leads dressing/acting as males but learn relatively early on in the drama that they are actually women. Cute chemistry all around and a quality escapism romance drama in both.
Similar girl disguised as boy plot device; similar level (high!) of chemistry between leads and both a quality watch.
