Dear Diary is more fantasy and has 2 warriors from Babylon come to the modern world, with scenes of Babylon as well. My Marvellous Fable has stories of the FL come to life with supernatural/black mirror type elements, while the leads take a road trip. Most of it’s content is either story telling or voice over with select dialogue.

In both dramas there is a camera that can control time: in Blue Birthday it turns back time and in 9 seconds: eternal time it stops the time.

Even though What's Wrong with Secretary Kim is set in an office and King the Land is set in an hotel they have similar comedy and romance . Both leads share similarities, the males leads
narcissistic chaebols who suffer with trauma and both female leads are headstrong hard workers.

sweet and romantic 1st love of main leads when they were both students. Here it also some age gap range but this here was only a couple of years. Also another similarity was the the male also tutored the younger female lead to get closer to her. The difference was in this drama they both lived in the same neighborhood whereas in Hidden Love , the male lead was the elder brother roommate and best friend.
