Both dramas begins with the charcters in high school where they first met. Both drama depicts romance between youth, friendship and family relationships. Both dramas are super cute.

Both shows are xianxia dramas and have a demon male lead.
The female leads are also from the immortal realm or aka "good" side.

Same genre. Good love story, one of the most popular. We are watching this for those, right? Love between a human and a demon. Kind characters.. I would say will put on the same shelf with the Ancient love poetry, Ashes of love, the Untamed, legend of FuYao, Immortal samsara, Eternal Love of Dream.

Love, destiny, sacrifice.. I would say if you like one drama, would love this one as well. Good plot, graphics and very similar story but yet different. Live with characters.

They both have an age gap, and the male lead is younger than the female lead.

These are stories with reincarnation of drama characters involved in a romantic relationship. In "See You in My 19th Life " the female lead is born again and searched for his previous life important person who becomes his romantic interest in current life. In "To all the Guys Who Loved Me" the leads had an unfortunate relation in previous life and a lot of incidents happened that male lead felt should be corrected. So in both dramas one of the leads used a past life information to built a better current life

Even if one is medical drama and other is not .

There are supernatural elements in both.
Both dramas have fantasy and comedy elements.

Main similarity I find is Bromance in both dramas. Its hilarious.
