Jin Joo is a half-Korean and half-Vietnamese girl who marries a Korean man, Kang Jun Woo, in order to come to Korea to look for her biological father who abandoned her. The drama is not only about her searching for her dad but also about the cultural differences between her and her husband's family.
There is bad blood between the two families, Kim and Kang. The rivalry is even more fueled because Jun Woo's mother used to date Young Min's father but Young Min's mother stole him away from her. They want to get married but both families oppose their marriage which leads to the two young lovers running away and living together.

Both are about women that put their lives on hold and lived as the perfect housewife thinking that’s the source of happiness
Both get a wake up call when they discover the husband they worshipped so much is cheating on them
And instead of crying about it both go back to their dreams and make their own happiness

Both FL in doctor cha and 2FL in Spring turns to Spring share the same plotline
Both of them are slaves to their housewife persona while their husbands mistreat and cheats on them
Both are also clueless on the matter and put a smile having been taught everything will be ok as long as the husband is happy…
Both also share the same “daughter”
Tho one is a body switch fantasy and the other is just a wake up call switch

These two dramas share the same Female Lead. The concept of plot is also similar where the protagonist goes on a journey to avenge themselves after being wronged by the so called "just" individuals. The dark lord is the protagonist. This drama features the Female Lead as the dark lord whom the Male Lead is attempting to comfort. The Legends is also a fantasy drama adapted from a novel by the same author as Love Between Fairy and Devil. If you enjoyed Till the End of the Moon, you should give this drama a try.
Very similar dramas in almost every way. Almost the same main plot. Almost identical dramas. One has a supernatural element and one doesn't, that's the only difference.
I thought the actress from ZGSSBGXQ was the same as the actress from this drama. Personally, the character and actress in ZGSSBGXQ is a lot better, but obviously doesn't have the industry connections that Yi Tong has.
Both are about females investigating a case. Both have a very similar FL character and both actresses look very alike.
