From how FL is a temporary worker to how she communicates with her coworkers, her initial revenge plot against him and how she sees ML to be an actually nice, patient man… tons of similarities. Hope this drama is just as good!!

Both comedies in which the main characters attempted crimes but failed. The difference is, the female lead in the movie is bold about it, while in the drama, the female lead is soft, and has no choice but to resort to it.

Both have similar endings. If you've watched one of them, you'll know the ending of the latter. One is a dark, serious HK short film; the other is a horror/comedy Korean full-length film.

In both stories, there's a character who helped two people to conceal their crimes. One is a smart detective who seeks justice/revenge for his family, while the other is a Math genius teacher who felt protective of the woman he likes.

Both star Adam Lin and Huang Guan Zhi. In 5 Lessons in Happiness: Little Man they play a budding couple. In Komorebi, as different characters, they play a married couple.

FL is a ghost, ML is trying to help her find out who she is and why she (supposedly) died. There are strong hints of police cases underlying the main plot. While doing the sleuthing necessary to solve the FL's case, other ghosts are met and freed to another plane of existence.

This setup is very similar to the Thai remake of BIOG too, Let's Fight, Ghost (not going to make a double rec).

Somewhere Only We Know is different in that it's more of an enemies-to-lovers type story, but the Li Ting Ting's character in this drama and in Somewhere Only We Know are very similar. Additionally, there is a lot of character development in the side characters, which makes it an even more enjoyable drama to watch.
