Both of them has similar Ensembl genre( realistic generations of family interactions and dynamics). Both of them have romance spiced with humor. In Nothing Gold Can Stay romance is not the main element, it heavily focuses on a particular time in old China(? guess it is around industrial evolution). Both Main Female Leads are very strong and steadfast in their character. Good costumes, cinematography, very good acting, and a fabulous storyline. MFL in both dramas has their own thin, while CSS is good with machines Nothing Gold Can Stay's lead is good at being merchant/trade (it is like a war of business and because it is small business at the beginning its is easy to relate)

These two cool uncles bring Japanese movies to another awesome level. Always worth to watch.

Fujiwara x Matsuyama tandem is always something that fans and non fans look forward to watching.

Method is a Korean movie about two actors rehearsing for a play and the unhealthy hold they have on each other.

The loving couple is separated by FL's best friend"s affair with the husband, ML. The result of the affair is also the child and the second female lead is persistent in pursuing ML who is weak.

These two dramas have similar synopsis, even the names are similar:

both include 'Mungkorn' and 'Hong' (Swan)

basically girl gets a position as a leader of a mafia gang + has a man by her side to protect her/originally came to her for revenge.:)

Similar premises for the plot: FL hired by ML to play his long lost younger sister...
