They both have this historical aesthetic focused around plants. They also have some angst, some betrayals and corresponding romances. I suggest either if you like a fantasy romance story!

This is an obvious recommendation. This is the first part of this drama.
You do not need to see the first to see the second but it gives you some background.

I think the second one is better. I am not sure if this is because I like the couple better or because the story was more engaging in the second one.

Both dramas take place within the world of a manga. The FL is self-aware, trying to change her story. In both she suffers from heart disease and falls for the ML who is an unexpected choice (minor supporting character vs. main antagonist) and who can help her in some way (change the story vs. ease her heart condition by kissing her).
