Both couples are very sweet and devoted to one another.
Although there is a guy who likes the female lead- he always stays back and doesn't bother the couple's romantic relationships.
A lot of the scenes are around medical cases and inside a hospital.
The guy is a little cold with the girl at the beginning.. but warms up quite fast.
Both dramas have unusual bromances between a very young-looking uncle and his nephew.

There's been so many of these martial arts muay thai inspired dramas throughout the years, they all usually have similar casting or stories some sort of revenge, and heroic pursuits either to protect their family/villagers from the rich and powerful or for personal vendetta. These are quite addictive and entertaining to see good actors and fights but if you watch a couple back to back it gets predictable. Still enjoyable though
Both are rom-com and the protagonist meet during a game. They are based on a older woman and an immature younger man genre. The plot line of them meeting through a game is similar. Both the dramas have a lot of kiss scenes and it reflects on the mental dilemma the older female lead goes through and the younger male leads determination to sped the rest of his life with her.
I think both are equally cute and fluffy.

Both lakhorns are crazy and dramatic.
Both main-leads also have a cute son together (ML being unaware about this)
Both main-leads also get separated for many years.
Both main-leads are angry with female lead for different reasons at the start of the story.
Both main-leads are madly in love with the female leads. Despite all odds they really want to be with their women.
In both lakhorns the chemistry is very intense between FL and ML.
Both main-leads are faithful and loyal to each other during separation and after.

it's been a year since FIYS.
While Love like Galaxy seems a farfetched recommendation, i recognised Sun Kai (Xiao Pang) actor playing as a supporting actor to Leo Wu.
Equally funny

Starting off, both are childhood to adult plotline
The names Lin ? and Fang ? got my attention when it comes to similarity
In both dramas the leads had a misunderstanding in high school?
Major 2nd lead syndrome
FL is strong and brave to face any situation
I feel the ML in both the dramas look similar(kinda!!)

Both have same cast, and both are based on an IP. Both have timeless and hurtful love. Both have characters which sacrifice so much for eachother.
Both are very light, and both started off as being bestfriends turned lovers. Both are fun and easy to watch. Love stories are so pure and organic, no break ups, and just a healthy relationship.
The female leads have two personalities in both the drama, one is bold other is shy. its really fun to watch.
Both are centered on university life, with an antagonist who seems kind and friendly but she is just jealous and wants to steal her friend's boyfriend
it has similar vibes, both are telling the story of University life, it has multiple main leads with different stories and they have the same FL
Okay! In account of the origin of the plot I would say that there's nothing comparable between two the two dramas. It's a different dynasty, different storyline but one thing strongly is attached to both dramas which is the female centered plot and the sisterhood between the leads. I you like ADOS I'm sure you would like Zhen Huan as both stories portrayed a Zhao Pan'er and Zhen Huan trying to find their ways and never admit defeat alongside protecting there closed ones with all it takes!
The two leads are really alike in strength whiteout wielding a sword and smartness in their business (Zhao Pan'er) and harem (Zhen Huan).

Same actors, same company, similar setting. It also has a second part taking largely place in Bangkok, which I also found interesting, well-acted and well-done.
Both are short and sweet historical romance dramas in which the FL ends up entering the ML's family under a false identity, but the two fall in love.
Forced marriage turns into true love (in TDS the bride is switched, in GL its the original bride). Both have the same actor as the ML and are historical romances.
