Mostly about character exploration of a woman with mysterious past and shaddy motivation who's suspected/convicted for murder, and a man who believed in the innocent of the woman.
Firstly, both these BLs have Ohm as the main lead. Also, even though HCTM is not about a love-to-hate romance, it does share the same theme of early childhood friends becoming more than just friends. The deepness of their relationships is what truly pulls both romances together. And a bonus is that both feature beautiful OSTs. Overall, these series are both golden BLs that you should check out!
[spoiler alert]
both couples previously met when they were younger and had exchanged a token then gets lost later on as they grew up. Fast forward to being adults, the female lead faces personal problems and meets their lover. They start out on bad terms but slowly fall in love as they get to know each other. Both male leads have lost their loved ones and struggling with personal issues (becomes strong when they fall in love with their lover).
Both dramas seem to also have various characters that protect the female lead. the lead female character is loved by everyone except for that 1 girl (who then accepts them later on).
the theme of art/creativity is in both dramas. TBS has music & design, while CFK has music & fashion.
The difference would be that TBS feels more like a real-life love story, while CFK is a fantasy love story between the rich and poor (reason why it's called cinderella). Both in my opinion really cute love stories. Both made me cry and laugh.

It's about how troublesome could be to try to live as a normal citizen if you were born or made yourself an outcast of it. It's about thing to have a personal growt. It's about one young woman trying to help/implement that growth into others and the helplessness she feels if/when she doesn't win that battle.
Similar vibes. FL's mother in this drama had left her, and the other one's mother had died. Both fl's were raised in a similar way, except the fl in the other drama was raised by her father's friend and his wife. The friend's wife or stepmom also has that favoritism, where the fl feels like their other sibling is more loved. Both has rich male lead, and that embarrassing encounterment where they're accused of being perverts. Both of the FLs father end up working in the same house as the male leads. Both of the fl are poor, they both have to work to get their money. Both fl did not know their parent moved while giving them things.
Both dramas revolve around re-investigation of a possible false accusation case of a death row convict. Chase is more about finding out the true killer while 60 Gohan shades more light on Japan legal system.
The movie is similar to episode 8 of Shan Ye Yi Si (love story between a virgin scolar and the ghost seducing him) . The finale is VERY different.
About how ex-convicts re-integrate to society. Plage is mainly from the ex-convicts POV while Zenkamono is from probation officer POV.
Both dramas involve the male lead with DID. The difference is that the two identities are played by two different actors in Bad and Crazy, which is quite unique and makes the story interesting.
Both Queen for Seven Days and The Red Sleeve are compelling historical romance dramas centered around different Kings during the Joseon period. Both dramas are well made with excellent acting and a moving romance, soundtrack and storyline. Both leads also have great chemistry together. If you loved either of these dramas, then I definitely recommend watching both of them.
Both give off the similar sweet home vibes that is just what one needs every now and then. Also, similar plot with longtime friends with some flashbacks from the guy's perspective. Trust me, if you loved this then you should check this out.
Relationship started on similar interests, both couples lived together, shows how both fall out of love & how both male leads try to bring the spark back but couldn't.
Both dramas have terminal illness -- leads who feel life has forsaken them but in the process of trying to accept their fate they find ou that life is worth living even if for a moment
