Both series are about fairies falling in love with humans with the main focus on the youngest fairy's love story.

I agree with others that say these two have a lot of similarities. Even though they are alike in a lot of ways bother storylines seem to be really unique.

Both of the MLs are seeking 'revenge', with the FLs being clueless about who they were until like the last 6-7 episodes.

Two chinese movies. Both tell different character stories in the same film. They narrate the search for dreams despite the tragic events and the real life. They are great movies and let a bitter aftertaste.

Same female lead in a sweet story with a better male lead. ML feels lifeless due his medical condition until FL comes in.

Thai BL series. Both revolve around ghosts and the characters must resolve mysteries from the past. Both are very sweet, funny and feel good kind of series.

Thai BL series. The Thursday storyline in Y-Destiny is very similar to He's coming to me. Human boy and a friendly ghost fall in love.

Thai BL series. Hidden love main story focuses on 2 couples and the story involves ghosts. In Y-Destiny 2 storylines (Thursday and Friday) include ghosts as well.

Both plots are cute and unique. You Never Eat Alone also offers cute scenes and characters. Zee shows a different character that you'll definitely love.

- The ML in both dramas tried to get rid of the FL but in the end they fall for her
- The ML is a douche at the beginning but gradually gets better in the long run when he interacts with the FL

The genres are close enough and I strongly believe that duel is a must watch so why don't you give it a try?
(both dramas talk about psychological, medical and family related terms so i believe that they are similar in that sense)
ALSO Yang Se Jong's acting here is so so so so so so good

I find both vincenzo and the fiery priest to have a very similar vibe
they were both written by the same screenwriter and have the same "style" (including all the hidden references to the drama world)
they both have a comedic side and a suspense side with a lot of fight (yes there are some deaths) scenes
they both have at least one main lead associated with the juridical system and revolve around this sort of revenge way
also in the fiery priest the second lead is also really good and you'll end up falling for him just like jang hanseo
the only thing that vincenzo has better is the iconic psychopath villain ceo whatever you wanna call him
nonetheless the fiery priest is a must watch for people who enjoyed vincenzo

Both are very similar in the way that their love blossom after marriage. They both have a very loving and endearing husband who dotes on them. Both female leads are smart, great and managing the household that they married into. The only difference is I love the male lead in Ming Lan because he so headstrong and doesn't care about what other thinks :D

The love between the leads reminds me of the gentle and kind love that show between the main leads in Maiden Holmes.

These may not appear to be similar, but I was reminded of LOTBS when watching Extraordinary You. LOTBS is more serious while Extraordinary You is fluffier, but both dramas have:
-funny/spunky female leads
-cute romance but with sad/emotional scenes sprinkled in
-parallel timelines (joseon/modern) in which ML and FL were in love. In both dramas the ML is aware of the parallel timeline and tries to change their destiny
-amnesia
