I've not watched Best Mistake but having seen the trailer I can say that Be My Boyfriend is far superior - not only because CLC does one of the OST's for it (which is brilliant) but the cast is great and the 9 minute run time keeps you wanting more. In fact, that's it's negative too as I'd love it to be a full drama.
It's a guilty pleasure - I've rewatched the series each week waiting for the next episode. Lee Si Woo (Bingbing in Sisyphus) is the star of the show!

The plot is similar. A guy who the FL thinks of as a younger brother returns from abroad and is in love with her. But the FL has difficulty seeing him that way as she had many failed relationships

Both protagonists have their forms based on Dragons. Along with both protagonists care about saving everyone. However, if you didn't like Saber's failure at saving people, Wizard focus on saving everyone that is in trouble. If you like the friendly relationship between Saber and his Secondary, Blades. Wizard has a similar relationship, although Beast doesn't appear for a while.

Both ML has a woman at their side who tries to meddle with the couple
Both has a second male lead with resentment towards the ML
The FL is very good in what she does for living, cook/clothes design and are hard working

They are both set in the early Joseon period. Both have large scale battles with a lot of violence and blood and with multiple heirs to the throne. Both have some kind of ''intervals'' inbetween that are usually followed again by intense and action packed scenes , and also thriller in Joseon's Exorcist case. Joseon Exorcist takes place after Prince Bang Won ascends to the throne, whereas in My country he is still fighting for the throne, meaning that one could say that in My country:The New Age could be considered a prequel, to some extent.

Both are short korean bl dramas in which one of the lead characters is being portrayed by Lee Se Jin.

This japanese drama does involve some GL but not in a couple way, anyways if you want to watch a show with a manipulative-bisexual main lead definitely recommend.

I feel these two BLs are similar based on how these couples came to be through hatred then soon grew fond of each other, also these BLs do have that plot line were there's a secret that involves them both and once found, changed them forever. 10/10 Recommend.

Dramas where the parental figure is trying to save and guide the newer generation even when they themselves are falling apart. 3 nen a gumi is more radical while Shizumanai Hone is nuanced. Both have their own merits. Beautiful and heart wrenching stories.

Stories of adults trying to protect and guide children at the cost of themselves. Stories of different generations coming together.
