ok this rec is mostly on vibes
they feel similar to me because of the mix of the fantastical element - ifylita with the time travel/being able to see the other version of yourself and motb with the teddy bear turning into a human - and a very serious storylines. i think they both have excellent plotlines about inter-familial relationships

I don’t really have many reasons but when I was watching STAY BY MY SIDE I kept remembering BAD BUDDY and how they got off first to how they grew into the most adorable couple

both dramas revolve around war, both dramas have a strong female character and a heart wrenching romance

Plot:
