honestly, the kind of batsh*t craziness of the lead villain in this drama reminds me of Nam Goong Min's character in Remember: War of the Son, LOL. they are the overzealous, totally over-the-top type. they'll probably go down in a similar way too, LMAO.
A totally different premise, but the wistful and soft cinematography is rather similar imo
Both shows are filled with romance, heartbreak, and loneliness and definitely worth the watch.

The relationship between Sumire and Momo is similar to the relationship of Hye Sung and Soo Ha....very sweet and cute...and there are also "older" or appropriate man that is better off for the FL's in theory....but the feeling of love is simply not there...or they love the younger guy more...and they both have this connection from the past, in the ML's and the FL's younger days...when ML was still a boy....watch it and you will know what I am talking about
The relationship between Wako and Iko is similar to Hye Sung and Soo Ha...minus all the sex scenes...and the sex itself...but for the age gap, it is pretty similar in context....that a younger man actually adores and loves an older woman...I like it that this concept is not looked down upon in society....atleast in a drama...
Strong Female Lead. Office Background. Slightly Romance. If you liked Kore wa Keiji de Ochomasen! You may like this too.

Both are BLs but honestly I enjoyed To My Star more. Theres a lot more buildup and development between the main characters and flows better (its also around 30 min longer!). But both are super cute movies and 10/10 will recommend
The Female leads are independent and not afraid to take on challenges. There is a focus on food in both dramas. Mr. Queen is a time travel drama but still just as good as Dae Jang Geum.
Youth with you season 3 is similar to Youth with you season 2 because both are them are the same company, survival show, competition, and lots of contestants.
Both are NHK Asadoras/ morning dramas. They both have a strong female lead that pursues the ultimate path they want to take. Perfect combination of friendship, family, romance, and unity.
