One of the short films in "All About My Father" depicts the same type of sexual abuse in the South Korean military as is shown in "Black Stone"

The story are totally different but the only thing i saw in common was gentle man/cold woman.
I will reccommend this if you like Cold woman/Genlt man drama.

Both films show a lonely/shy dude making friends with the popular guy in school. He is then subjected to jealousy from the popular guy's groupees.

The only similarities between these two are the writer's usage of "time-travel" or "time-altering ability" to further the plot. In FGTD the FL is caught in a time loop and the only way to break free of it is by keeping her boss from dying. In Kairos, the ML lives a month in the future and, by communicating with the Female Lead, they work together to help each other avoid disaster (which includes death).

FGTD is mostly a comedy with some melodrama towards the second half; while Kairos is a more serious drama.

In addition, the FLs in both shows are very active, opinionated, and stubborn; while the MLs are portrayed as aggressive and arrogant at first, but they change as they face problems, learn from their mistakes and begin to rely on the FLs.

Both shows feature:
> An orphan FL who must overcome a trauma.
> A skillful male lead who is shown to be a problem solver.
> One lead chases the other first; with the other being reluctant to accept their feelings because of a past relationship.
> One lead has a past relationship who ended up dying, leaving them with a sense of guilt they must overcome.
> Both shows happen mostly in a hospital.
> Different cases per episode.
> The MLs are eccentric.

Both shows:
> Are set mostly in the hospital.
> Are melodramas.
> The leads are both doctors.
> The FLs are shown to struggle with a personal trauma that makes it hard for them to be a doctor.
> The MLs are smart, successful, and skillful.
> The FLs admire their superior and wish to learn from him. In DJ that superior is the ML, while in DR it's the 2ML.
> The Doctor in charge has been wrongfully accused at the start of the show. They are also both geniuses. They both have a "Dr. House" quality to them; with them being a bit impolite and eccentric in their actions.

It has the same concept of having supernatural beings (ghosts and vampires) investigate crime and law-related activities.

When the main character rips the timeline through a call, keeping in touch with the past and modifying it.

Very much a product of their own time. Both have the flavor of the 90s. They are both about independent women. Happy Mania is more sismance though. If you like women bonding and gentle male leads you'll like happy mania.

Maskman and Ohranger are almost like mirror versions of each other by having a lot of the same elements, but changing its prominence in the show.

They both are military teams that get their power from Ki energy and each member is a master of a different style of martial arts. But while Maskman is very showy with its martial arts and Ki energy, the military aspect is kept at a bare minimum. And while Ohranger very much knows that they are a military sentai, there is also not much gratuitous martial arts outside of actual battles.

Both are family focused seasons of Super Sentai that tend to favor the more eccentric, loud and camp side of the series. While that doesn't mean that they don't also have deep themes buried in there, the two shows are best enjoyed when you're just looking for a good time.

Both shows have Yasuko Kobayashi on the writing staff (she was a sub-writer on GoGoFive and wrote every single episode of both seasons of Amazons), Masashi Taniguchi among the main cast (Go Blue in GoGoFive and Amazon Alpha in Amazons), and put a focus on family dynamics.
