Both Refresh Man and What's Wrong With Secretary Kim have few similarities, such as leads knowing each other when they were younger, the CEO/ employee relationship, the impossible to please boss, rich man, poor woman trope. The reason I do recommend Refresh Man if you liked What's Wrong with Secretary Kim is they both are written well despite their overuse of certain tropes and cliches.
Both are based on a true story, a strong relationship between two people from different countries. Both will probably make you cry han-river and giggle at some parts.
Human female falls in love with a merman king who has limited time to live as a human. Unusual circumstances lead to cohabitation, a strong bond, and friendship between them.
Human man falls in love with a mermaid, tries to protect her secret and keep her safe.
They both know if humans find out she is a mermaid, they will want to exploit her.

The Twists and plots co-relate. Both Dramas focus on a young boy avenging for previous misdeeds caused to them..
Only difference between the two is in CSL she's much more petty and hateful towards him, and the triangles aren't so obsessive or repulsive as CSL, otherwise pretty same story just in a different setting.
I am simplifying it and ignoring the parent's stories, but both focus on supporting a child through her illness and coming closer as a family to do so. While the parentage isn't that complicated in Wonderful Life and after the diagnosis of the daughter Han Shin Bi, the focus shifts from a love story to focus on family. If you want more of an emotional roller coaster, I would say watch Oh My Geum Bi. Both even have Lee Ji Hoon! Both are worth watching and shedding a few tears.

Similar:
1. Wives come back in some other form to take ‘revenge’
Difference:
1. BOAB has a fat female lead losing weight and completely undergoing plastic surgery to come back and take revenge from her husband whereas RMHJD has a soul swap.
2. Husband in BOAB is evil, the husband in RMHJD is the main Male lead.

Similar in a manner:
1. Initial love interest dies
2. Main female lead arrives and is somewhat connected to the initial love interest. (In this case Pat was in Lan’s body and in Someone Like You the main female lead and the initial love interest were identical twins)
That’s all that is similar.
Difference:
1. The ML has a child in RMHJD but the Male lead is totally single in SLY.
2. The Male lead is disabled (blind) in SLY but not in RMHJD.
3. There is a lot more intense tension in this drama than in SLY.
4. The female lead is not married in SLY.

This both movies left a great mark in my heart :'D
Both male leads piqued interest to the uniqueness of the female leads.
Both female leads have the same kind of job.

very different stories and vibes, but both are romcoms that are somewhat cliche but fortunately very well executed.
Both are quirky and endearing romance stories about people who do not have much experience with love. Both also have peculiar male leads. While the stories themselves are not directly the same, they emote the same overall feeling. I highly recommend one if you like the other.
This is season 2 on this drama although it's not released yet but still if you like season 1 then you most like to watch season 2
