The girl has to kiss the guy for some supernatural reason --> The girl has to "get with" the guy for some supernatural reason

etc.

Both dramas have a strong horror/suspense element throughout with comedy and romance mixed in. The actors play a big role in making you want to keep watching (acting skills++). Lovely Horribly is currently holding together much better than My Secret Hotel (no offense!). The general feeling of eerie with a sprinkle of warmth and humor is similar in both dramas which is the main reason for this recommendation.


...I personally lost interest by the end of My Secret Hotel, but hope Lovely Horribly is different

Both dramas have a strong sense of suspense, with big cliffhangers as the story progresses. Script writing/web-drama drawing plays a big role in what happens to the characters throughout the dramas--in ways that effect reality greatly.

Both dramas have a strong element of horror/suspense with comedy and romance wittingly weaved into the story. The use of bgm during moments of horror is similar. Hwang Sun Hee appears in both dramas

Both movies are about a Japanese actress,coming out live from within theatre screen. Both take place in Taisho period. Both movies are kinda similar.................................

Its a little bit similar in diferent situations, while in W she tries to save the male lead from dying beacuse of the comic, im Lovely horribly she tries to save the main male lead from dying from his own fate, with the drama she's writting.

SNSD still are the variety queens! Same fun and simple content thaf will show you the members' charms.

Both are romance and comedy based dramas set in the fashion industry. The female leads are powerful, self-made workaholics in their 30's (and also have pixie cuts).

Both are about dogs. Both are very similar............................................................................

Ashes of Love has amazing CG animation, in combination with its torturing romance between main characters, and complex storyline. You see the development of the main leads, how they grow up with each other and taken different paths. The love story between the two main characters must go through many challenges no only from parents but also other love rivals...

Both are somewhat surreal films dealing with doppelgangers, love and death and both are set in Hokkaido.

Both dramas take place in a office and has the male boss/ female employee theme.
Both female leads like the male lead first, but quickly change their love into hate. The couples end up together in the end.
On a side note, both female leads have a poster of the male lead in their room.
