Although their tone differs, OSL is a rom-com first and the mafia elements are used as a plot point, while it is almost opposite in Undercover which is a thriller first and romance second.

Similarities: Max cringe, super fun. Both series feature a young man stepping into a fantasy world without any prior knowledge to it and being forced to live with a stranger that they develop feelings for.

Differences: Knot is an Omegaverse and My Golden Blood is a vampire series. Knot is very smutty/nsfw and MGB toes the line between PG-13 and MA18+.

Kinda while watching this movie remembered Friend Zone movie. Overall idea is same friends seek love, but dont see each other.
