As someone who adores both these dramas if you enjoyed one, you'll for sure enjoy the other.

Despite the main leads having very different backgrounds, the vibes of the show are very similar, they both have great action scenes and amazing chemistry amongst the team!

If you ask me which drama is the short version of Mr. Queen, I’d immediately say Splash Splash Love.

Both of the MCs don’t really care for the school or the students that they are working with, but end up finding themselves getting tangled into everyone’s mess and helping out.

They both also have past problems that they are trying to ignore and were forced into working in the schools.

Reluctant teacher has more drama over all, mostly because it’s high school kids and is not focused on health, but on their life and behavior. Anyways I just wanted to recommend this because I thought the MCs had similar personalities.

Both are short dramas with a bit unclear, eccentric and somehow supernatural concept.
I think they’re shot/directed in a quite similar manner or with a similar idea.
The plot of both dramas isn’t akin to one another (besides the school setting and the supernatural elements), but they both give you that eerie, uncanny feeling while watching, like something not okay is happening but you’re not sure what (kinda suffocating but interesting story - that’s how I felt).
Both are not really slow paced, but since a lot of events kind of lack bigger momentum and are shown more from the outsider perspective or narrated via inner monologue, it kind of seems like they are.
It’s been quite a while since I’ve seen “The School Nurse Files” but I’ve immediately thought about it after seeing the first episode of “S-Line”.
They give off the same “off-beat” vibe.

You may want to take this recommendation with a grain of salt, because even I have to admit this is a stretch. There are few clear similarities between these dramas in terms of story, relationships, or characters, but I finished rewatching Mr. Sunshine while Our Movie was airing and somehow I just felt there was some kinship there. I can’t quite put my finger on what it is. Probably the classic melodrama elements? Perhaps the rather reserved older MLs? Both are quite artfully made, though in somewhat different ways (for example, Mr. Sunshine uses visual motifs while Our Movie seamlessly edits in flashbacks and movie sequences). I think the writing also has some similarities—the scripts are not necessarily thematically profound but they can be somewhat poetic with foreshadowing or lines that make subtle call backs to earlier scenes. The stories have emotional poignancy and an old-fashioned romanticism.

Both center on the relationship between a married older woman and a younger man. These relationships begin entirely differently—Secret Love Affair begins with an intense attraction and passion, while Lost begins in an emotional kinship based on a shared feeling of despondency. What is similar in these relationships is how heart-wrenchingly real they feel, how brilliant the actors are, and the intimacy of their absolutely natural interactions. The characters are flawed, but still people you can come to understand. Both these dramas are very slow-paced and very willing to let the viewer sit in long moments of silence. The approach to telling these stories, the way the scenes were shot, etc. show considerable care and thought. Secret Love Affair has a more melodramatic storyline, but never in a way that feels over-the-top.

Although they have different plots and relationships I still believe that the two give off similar vibes with one another as both follow a similar structure of a “moving from the city to a small village plot.”

Its Literally the season 2, with the same ml and same vibe , same story in a new city. same cozy food moments and slice-of-life vibe but with new characters and fresh dynamics. The food shots are just as mouthwatering, and while the story shifts a little, it still keeps that mix of warmth, humor, and relatable everyday struggles.
