It has the same concept of time travel during the Edo era, but this is a more serious drama with more gist on the medical side.

Time travel for the win. Amazing and fun main lead, secrets, plots etc. Of course nobunaga concerto focuses more on the politics while mr queen on the romance. Still they give off the same feeling.

Both dramas are about a person time travelling, ending up in Sengoku period. Both are based on famous manga. Both are very similar.

One is Korean Drama the other is Japanese Drama + Movie.
In one the main lead is a girl in the other it's boy.
Both have a time traveling theme. In both it took some time to the main lead to understand the situation… The girl is an actress, she think it's about the period drama she was filming since it's the same period with people with the same name... The boy was in a sort of historic theme park and meet an important historic personage who had a spectacle in the park… So they are both involved with some historical facts particularly for Nobunaga Concerto. They both have some futuristic tools they brought with them in the past. They are plenty of funny moment.
There is more romance in My Only Love Song, and it's ending is happier than Nobunaga Concerto.

about Nobunaga Oda, good story, good adaptations,
portrayal of The Fool of Owari, and how he could have become the fierce unifier of Japan, the quiet romantic angle of Nobunaga and Nouhime.
Funny scenes and hearty performances.

Both of these are adaptions from the anime and mangas material. If you enjoyed Kingdom, you will also enjoy this one. Different plots but similar vibe. Those of you manga readers, this is another great one for you if you haven't seen it.

Both ML impersonate someone else and end up doing a better job than the original, go through character development during it too
great supporting cast and romance with comedy

In one drama someone travels from the past to the present (EdoMoiselle) and in the other from the present to the past (Nobunaga). In both dramas, the character knows nothing about the era (s)he is in and has to learn things and adapt to that period. Besides, in both dramas the character uses his/her wisdom from another era to help the people around him/her.
