Episode Title: Racing Heart
Dr. Seok tells Chief Ahn that Se Gi may have kidnapped Ri Jin. Meanwhile, Se Gi takes Ri Jin to a hotel and asks her to choose between him and Do Hyun. He then gives her presents and tells her she used to like these in the past; however, Ri Jin is confused and doesn’t know what he means.
Se Gi then leads Ri Jin to a fake carriage where they can watch a fireworks display, and he kisses her. While kissing, Se Gi changes to Do Hyun. Do Hyun is shocked by what is going on and meets secretly with Dr. Seok. He has figured out that Ri Jin is Se Gi’s first love since Se Gi has never before confessed to liking anyone. Both Ri Jin and Do Hyun are confused about their feelings after the kiss.
Do Hyun changes to Perry Park and goes to Ri Jin’s family restaurant, but before entering, he changes back. However, Ri On sees him inside the car and invites him in. Ri Jin’s family think Di Hyun is named Perry Park. However, while Ri Jin and Do Hyun are in the cellar, they are locked inside.

Thing are getting more and more interesting. Why Oh Ri On is so interested in this family? Why he acts like he don't know him. Which one of them is the lost kid? I guess it's her.

Yes this episode contains kissing but I wasn't as excited about them as I thought because I personally find Se-Gi (while really hot) creepy confusing and way too forceful. I was confused for a lot of the episode but now that I have a basic understanding about the episode after checking dramabeans I can say it was a good episode if you are able to process what's going on and the symbolic meanings behind it (normally I catch them but today was an off day lol lol)
Even after understanding what is going on you are gonna still fry your brain on trying to figure out who is the lost child. Is it RiOn or RiJin? Are they really twins? Or perhaps is Dohyun and RiJin related? (I will literally die of unhappiness if that were true lol)
And Why is Ri on so flipping cute when he's being silly and complaining but so darn creepy when alone >.<

I'm the only one who thinks that Se Gi was cute in this episode? Seems to me that Se gi knowns Ri Jin a long time.
Now do Hyeon and Ri Jin are in this moment in drama that they like each other but they are in denial hahah
And that scene in basement, this just was amazing! I laugh really hard when Ri on appeared and saw it and started call his mom hahhahah
