I will quote the user miina, cuz she has the same reasons I have to rec Kill me, Heal me.
"Both drama the main actress is a psychiatrist. and the main actor have mental illness. the most important, both dramas very good."
+ in KmHm there is a bit more action

KMHM= male lead has multiple personalities and does not remember what he does while in those alternative personas
MG = female lead has PTSD which manifests as context-driven alternate personalities although later she might recall portions of what she did while being controlled by an alternative persona

Both are rom coms

both are hilarious from the get-go, and have great stories while avoiding typical kdrama cliches.

In both of these dramas, a male and female character are connected in some way in the past though their families work to cover it up. The backstories for these characters in both dramas are similar. Both of these dramas have children whose lives are messed up because of adult's greed, but kill me heal me is more political in a way.

Park Seo Joon is one of the lead roles in both dramas; the male lead is a chaebol, the female lead a hardworking person... something traumatic happened in their past as kids, but it was burried by their family and memories.
Both have humor but also dramatic background.

- Um dos principais tem algum problema psiquiátrico e de certa forma mostram um tipo de obsessão pelo outro;

- Em ambos um dos protagonistas trabalham direta ou indiretamente com a psiquiatria;

- Também tem o fato de que os protagonistas se conhecem antes em certa parte da vida.

Seven of Me is the Taiwanese remake of Kill Me, Heal Me. It was surprisingly better than I thought it was going to be. The Zhang Yi Shan is so much younger than Si Jung, but for an inexperienced actor he held his own. Cai Wen Jing did an excellent job, her character was more clumsy than the K-version, and it actually made me like it better!

6.9 M (1994)
Multiple Personality Disorder, Cringe behavoir, back and forth, romance

M is a older Korean drama which has more of a soap opera feel to it but it's worth the 10
40 min episodes.

THE SUSPENSE IS AMAZING

Both deal with mental health issues. Other than that they are different but I get a similar feeling from both.
