Just finished this show and found it much less than the sum of its parts. Tasty but totally unsatisfying.

Story-wise, the background between Yuan Fei and her first love, Hao Jian Ren, was interesting but I never really felt that anyone who was so anti-marriage and children could have captured her heart. The rest of the cast played their assigned drama roles - loving best friend, scheming new girlfriend, evil mother-in-law, bratty office mates - well but their acting was nothing you haven't seen before in a Tdrama. Even handsome Melvin Sia was wasted without much to say as Yuan Fei's stoic new beau.

The best of the lot was the foolish sidekick played by Gao Shan Feng - I want to see that actor again!

Music wise, the opening song was catchy but also wasted since it was played over a series of awful graphics. If you are bothering to show us scantily clad leads, why cover them with childish doodles? The ending music is lovely, though. So nice, in fact, that it seemed to belong to another show entirely.

As a rewatch - well, I just don't see it happening. Perhaps if you are a Annie Chen or River Huang completionist - but I will go on to something more satisfying.

Please don't get me wrong - this is entertaining but it is just not very meaningful. Even silly dramas need to make you believe in them.

Boysitter is a decent drama but it only has one note.
First let me say I waited for this drama- I mean like every week for at least the first 5 episodes, and then eventually I stopped watching it (Well I finished it months later). The drama has literally one concept, just one, and that is longing/waiting for someone. The theme is repeated over and over and over again by every character.
The good: Great acting from the lead characters and some of the supporting cast. I felt like River did a lot of fan service (but he could always do more!) and Annie did an awesome job of relaying the feelings of a cautious single mother. The supporting cast made the drama funny and enjoyable especially the cute kid who seems to take forever to turn up. Is it me or is that opening song awesome?
The bad: The heart of this story is about selfish adults who are constantly in their feelings, thus I did a ton of yelling “Just tell him/her already!” I didn’t feel that the female lead was a particularly strong character, she just pretended to be. I don’t remember watching after the 6th episode because I liked the story line; I really just wanted to know who she ended up with.
The bottom line: the drama is too long to casually watch, and not funny enough to watch for relaxation. I felt like the unwed mother concept was really good, but it could have been written better. If you like love stories that have strife and/or a push-pull to them, or you like non –syrupy sweet love stories, you may really enjoy this drama. Oh and btw there are no “hot” scenes in this drama just River getting in the shower (yea!!).

OVERALL
Save yourself the trouble, don't watch.

THE STORY
A. Mess. Characters and a plot. A complete mess. Do not let the beginning fool you. Except for the first 2-3 episodes, there’s no passion. There’s not even romance per say, characters just play push-and-pull and get involved in relationships without love. Plus, though it seems like it might have been intended to confuse us as to who the female lead will end up with, there’s no doubt whatsoever who she ends up with from episode 1. The comedy also leaves much to be desired. Not sure what got me to finish this drama. Other than Annie Chen, that is.

THE ACTING
Nothing stellar, but I’m still a fan of Annie.

THE MUSIC
No good.

REWATCH VALUE
Low, quite low.

Okay drama.
It is a drama that looks at what people will and won't do for their own happiness and for the happiness of others.
At times this was good but overall resorted to too many stereotypes and left you a little disappointed.

I'm currently following this series and so far it's just okay. I'd give it a C+. It's currently on episode 10 and only 5 more to go. I'm going to stick it out to the end. I think the acting is overly dramatic. You can make a big impact without over acting. There's no chemistry between Annie and her 2 male lead actors. Most of the characters are blah... The only one male character on the show who is an eye candy is the accountants younger brother. He's really the one person who is tolerable to watch and he barely has a role. Annie's rival is pretty pathetic. She's such a cute girl but they dress her up like a 5 year old child with pig tails. Portrays her as a girl who has such a low self-esteem and can only seduce the man that she loves by manipulation. Playing on his sympathy for her and he's constantly reminded that she stuck by his side for 6 years. Honestly she and the accountants younger brother would make a cuter love interest. Lol...
