This is one of the most romantic dramas I've ever seen. I highly recommend this one.

Three year's previously Min Woo lost his first love in a tragic accident. As he struggles on with life he meets Hae Won who reminds him of his lost love but is racked with emotion and confusion as his feelings for these two women become intertwined. Unbeknownst to the florist Hae Won she has received her heart transplant and a second chance at life from Min Woo's first love. When the two cross paths Hae Won notices her unusual heart beat. Nobody knew it was her heart that remembered and beats strong for her lost love Min Woo. As Hae Won starts falling in love with Min Woo soon the conflict erupts between the lovely florist and her fiance Jung Jae.

Both dramas regarding heart transplants from previous lovers. TSDOML is better than SS in story wise, since SS was a little bit drag on and second male n female leads make you frustrated.

I left for a trip. However, as expected, the beach is hard to find. Meanwhile, he gets to know the coffee plantation, led by a beautiful girl Lana who is said to be the incarnation of the god of fire · Pele and finally comes to that beach. And, when he experienced surfing there, he was healed by a mysterious power and regenerated. He arrived home with a surfboard = Arata's soul ceased to be buried.

South Korean student Dong Ha met a Chinese student named May while studying in America several years back. The two students became friends but didn't realize the bond they had until they went their separate ways. Now, as an architect, Dong Ha travels to China in lieu of a business partner to work on a construction project. By coincidence, Dong Ha runs into May again, and they share their memories spent together as students in America. Dong Ha and May fall in love once again...

These two plots are very similar because one of the main characters receives a heart transplant from the other person's ex lover.
