Both show the behind the scenes/making of dramas and shows,
with some cute romantic pairings too.
Same realistic feel (through BeMelodrmatic more realistic and heatfelt of the two imo)

Both dramas are set in the world of TV broadcasting and about the life and stresses of show-runners, directors, actors and producers. The world we live in is probably one of the more realistic Korean dramas I have seen. It may not be everyone's cup of tea, there is neither comedy nor a love triangle, but I would recommend it.

Both are documentary style dramas, one a series the other a film. They both demonstrate to comedic effect how in the age of cool, we frequently like to portray ourselves as being in control and unperturbed when our actions prove otherwise.

Pinocchio was actually the opposite of this series, but both were talking about media.
-So I think if you're seeking a more serious drama that tackles about media industry, I strongly suggest you watch this after. :)
