Deok Sun mistakes the adults for being cold-hearted, as they talk and laugh like usual even after an elderly has passed away. I really loved the first two episodes. The opening scenes were pretty perfect in my mind. They set up the close knit community atmosphere while introducing our pivotal characters as members of their respective families. I love how each household has a completely different attitude and how it has impacted each of our main characters already. LOVE our four leads so much already. I think Sun Woo is my favorite right now, but Jung Hwan is really close. I can see Taek easily sweeping them both when he gets more screentime. He is just so cute, and it's BOGUMYYY!!!! I am honestly probably most excited to see the relationship between the two sisters become strong as well as the reparation of the bond between Jung Hwan's parents. Super looking forward to this LONG watch, but I am scared of the inevitable love triangle. (even though I know who it will end up being) I hope the other can still get a happy ending.

A grandmother is spawned, only to be despawned. Then nobody is sad, except they are, but they're not, but they are. There's like five times when you think it's finally over but there's always at least 10-20 minutes more coming.

I'm was wondering when we would see more Park Bo Gum! Haha the birthday party was sweet and I teared up a bit during the siblings reunion at their mother's funeral. Lots of comedic moments as well as small touching ones and I'm loving seeing all the different sides to the five friends!
The scene between Deoksun's father and Taek was very touching as well as Junghwan standing up for Sunwoo! There were just too many moments I loved in this episode!
I'm loving Hyeri more than I expected to - I've only seen her in Entertainer so far and I didn't like the drama nor her character. Her acting is great so far!
Anyways it's pretty obvious in my opinion who she's going to have a crush on first - is probably have a crush on him too! Can't wait for what's to come! Reply 1988 is better than I expected as I orginally came for Ryu Jun Yeol...

UGHHsdknvdjskvdslfvd. After binge-watching the first 2 episodes, I have clearly found my love for the reply series again. Reply 1994 was a bummer to me, but 1988 definitely blew all my expectations. I absolutely ADORE Hyeri's acting, which is quite a surprise to me because I thought she'd be terrible (that's why we shouldn't judge until we see evidence!!). I've already cried at least 5 times. They really do know how to bring out my emotions. This drama is such a joy to watch. I'm hoping she gets together with Junghwan! SO excited for the future episodes!
