Funny, Cute ,lovable short and sweet drama-Must watch for fun moments

Its a cutest time travel drama i have ever watched. It dont have the serious tone time travel dramas usually has. Its simple yet beautiful drama to watch. There were few heartwarming moments are there also. Normally korean female leads used to act cute. But this FL lead is really cute to watch and apt for this schoolgirl character. Another side ML showed his great acting skills on a few emotional scenes are really nice to watch. Reminded me of "Love in the moonlight" drama--which i enjoyed watching. So i liked this too.

If u looking for cute ,funny, lovable drama ,U can try this.

Okay, so I knew that I wanted to watch Splash Splash Love for a while, but I just never got around to it (which seems pretty silly since it's only a 2 episode drama). I *finally* watched it today and I kicked myself in the butt after finishing it for putting it off for so long! This drama was sooooo sweet and romantic. The pacing was excellent with not one moment of filler or boredom. I found myself laughing throughout the entire drama AND I rooted for the characters through and through. I couldn't help but smile as sweet and romantic things happened and I couldn't help but feel sad when the characters were sad. The writers did an excellent job of connecting the entire plot, both in the future and in the past. I also think the actors selected for these roles were perfect. Each actor did a wonderful job portraying their respective characters! I also loved the soundtrack selected for Splash Splash Love - it was upbeat and fit the genre extremely well.
For those of you who are history buffs - no, this drama is not accurate or representative of what history would have really looked like, but I was totally okay with that. This story was so light and fluffy with good feelings that it'd be difficult for the average viewer not to find it appealing. I will definitely be rewatching in the future! Happy watching!

I WANT AND NEED MORE. CAN YOU HEAR ME WRITERS AND DIRECTORS?!

*calm down* So...i think i loved this mini drama more than i thought. I wasn't really expecting much from this because it's a korean web drama, and let's be honest not many of them are great...or as great for a perfect 10.
But this one...you know that exciting feeling when you find a perfect drama for you? I got that feeling in the first 20 minutes. And when i finished it,i wanted to cry,not because it had a sad ending but because i knew i wasn't going to see these characters again.
I swear, this should've been at least 8 episodes long (each one an hour, just so i could be satisfied enough). I mean i can even list you a long ass list of things that i loved and hopefully they would make anyone watch this

-The plot is unique and light
-It has a bunch of funny and witty scenes so you're 100% gonna laugh
-The female lead is excellent and SO RELATABLE (i'm bad at math too girl, don't worry)
-The male lead is eye candy (How can you not love Yoon Doo Joon )
-The acting in general is on point. The cast was just perfect for this and you can feel their chemistry
-If you don't like historical dramas, don't worry, you're gonna like this one.

Overall,if you haven't watched it yet i truly recommend it. I enjoyed every second of it and i want to rewatch it again soon.

It was honestly a very light and cute drama and it was exactly what I needed that night, but at the same time...I wasn't to found of the ending. I mean I knew that there was no other way to go about it, but I am still upset. It reminded me of this manga I read when I was in elementary / middle school. This drama wasn't as complicated as this manga...obviously, but the endings reminded me of one another. In the manga, because Tamahome (literally the only character name I remember after all these years) is a character from a book, he cannot follow our main character to her "real" world. Even true love couldn't bring him into her world. BUT what they could do was somewhere down the road, his soul could be reincarnated into someone's body in her world and they could meet again and be together. At the time, I was like this is so romantic and I am super happy, but now after all these years, I didn't feel the same. In the first series, the ending was cute and sweet because he was able to be reincarnated to he could meet her in the modern world but I wasn't a fan of the second series following them after. Tamahome is reincarnated and living as a normal high school boy named Tama who has this deep connection with the main girl and has no idea why. Tama has NO memories of his past life and falling in love with her, and to be completely honest, is a different person entirely and you can see that sadness in the main character. She loves with boy who looks exactly like Tamahome, but isn't him. And it is heartbreaking. Yes, it was supposed to be a happy ending and it was, but my heart broke for the King. After living his life doing everything out of duty including marrying a girl he didn't love, out of nowhere a young high school girl who dressed up as a man and taught him math ended up also teaching him what it means to love someone. Homeboy fell deeply in love with her and was ready to spend the rest of his life with her, even though he wasn't able to make her his wife, he could make her his consort. Not ideal, but not much a King can do in the 1400's after already being married. It was a very sweet relationship that the both of them had, and she was deeply in love with him too, but she ultimately decided to leave because if she stayed, she'd just be running away still. She wanted to face reality and prove to herself that she was smart and capable. Unfortunately, she didn't feel like she would be able to do that in ancient Korea. It was heartbreaking to think about the King having to say goodbye to her and him loosing the one person who taught him love and also taught him, as well, that he is capable of ruling a kingdom with his ideas. I realize that not everyone will be with their first love forever and this is the same thing, but it kills me inside a little that right before he left he said that no matter how long it will take, that they would meet again. Romantic af, and a little foreshadowing, but also it is sad to think that he had to say goodbye to her and live the rest of his life without the woman that he loves. Then we go to modern time and she ends up meeting his "reincarnation" or who we think is his reincarnation, half a year later, due to his looks. They end up meeting and the drama ends there. He says something along the lines of how he knows that they have met before and it is cute because she thinks it is because of when they fell in love when he was a king, but you learn that they had actually kind of met in the first few minutes of the drama when she left her umbrella on the bus and he tried to return it to her and failed. Regardless, that is cute. Yes. I am happy. But I couldn't help but think of that manga. Sure this new reincarnation could be better than the King ever was OR maybe he isn't his reincarnation at all, but in her mind, she chooses to see the King in him. Who knows? But I also feel bad for the modern guy because just like Tama, he is going to have some shoes to fill. My final thought about the drama is that...why couldn't it had ended up Inuyasha?? Yes, this drama is more "modern" and it's great to see a female lead chose herself and her self worth over being with her first love, but homegirl could have had both I think. Shoot, girl get yourself written in textbooks as the first woman to invent stuff. Yes, it would take years for a woman to be seen as an inventor, but you could start a movement. I know I am being too hopeful LOL. I know everything in this drama is the way it was supposed to happen, but just thinking about that manga and Inuyasha...it makes me think about what could have happened. No one is at fault, and I am not mad at the girl for leaving. I am just a little bummed.

Cute, Funny, and Easy Watch <3

If you're looking for a short and sweet drama to watch this one is definitely for you! The romance was cute and the story was funny!

Story- It was simple yet effective! We get to watch the FL gain more confidence in herself as she introduces the future to the Joseon people. There was also plenty of moments that will make you laugh and swoon for the main couple :)

Acting/Cast- Everyone did wonderful!

Music- It's great, the music fit the scenes well :)

Rewatch Value- I don't typically rewatch shows but if I did Splash Splash Love would be a high contender since it's short and cute <3

Overall, this drama is a must watch, especially since it's so short! Happy watching :)

Adorable and bittersweet; those are the two words that come to mind when I think of Splash Splash Love.

Highly entertaining, Splash Splash Love was one of my few forays into the historical genre. I liked how the drama brought the present to the past through Dan Bi and her technology. I liked how Dan Bi and the king started as friends before blossoming into something more. Everything felt natural and lighthearted, making it something I will definitely rewatch in the future. But it wasn't without its moments of drama - thankfully, said moments were done tactfully and had purpose. Nothing felt as thought it were merely being done to fill up time (something I find to be far too common in most k-dramas).

The characters were enjoyable - Dan Bi especially. She had very real worries and very real reactions, and her culture shock was adorable to watch in a way. But it was also great to watch her grow into someone who could face her problems head on, who was no longer as afraid of failure as she once was. Likewise, the King's character development through meeting Dan Bi was palpable and nice to see. He blossomed into someone better because of his relationship with her. The side characters were nice, although a little unmemorable. I wasn't as attached to them as I was to our leads.

Plot was confusing at times, but that may have been on account of the subs I had. Overall though it was fairly straight-forward, something you didn't have to wrack your brain to understand. A few little consistencies here and there - but again that may have been my subtitles. Really though, the plot wasn't all that important, the 2 hours of adorableness were more what I was focused on.

The ending is bittersweet, so if you're a fan of entirely happy endings than this drama isn't for you. Although, I think it's important to remember that Dan Bi is 18, she had a family and life in the future. Not everyone meets their soulmate at 18 and decides to stick with them. It was much nicer to watch these two simply grow together and find a young love; it never needed to last forever. However, the little twist at the end was nice and open-ended, and I did spend a bit of time afterwards contemplating what would have happened next.

Overall, give this adorable drama short a watch. It's 2 hours of your life that you won't regret spending.

Mini Scarlet Heart Ryeo: Fun + Romance + Time Travel

I first watched this drama more than 5 years ago and I forgot the details but I did remember it was a short and I really loved it. As I rewatch it today, few years older and more mature, I appreciate this drama special more.

It's like a movie-length drama special but the plot is simple and interesting. A bit of humor, romance, historical and time-travel elements. I honestly wanted to watch more but at the same time, I feel like it was wrapped up so well that it already satisfied me.

I also didn't realize that I've known Ahn HyoSeop for years. I always thought he was a newbie.

If you came across this one, I can guarantee that this is a classic and it's something you wouldn't want to miss out on. I sometimes compare this to Scarlet Heart Ryeo, only shorter with less complications and heartbreak.

The story is about changing your view how you do anything if your life depends on it. The winking eunuch who stole the screen in Love in the Moonlight: the talented comedian actress Kim Seul-gi is the main star! Together with Yoon Doo-joon and Ahn Hyo-seop, they brings up real South Korean historical figures to live in this drama with tons of kudos on witty script, superb casting, great cinematic, and choreography. The music is well done: the upbeat "Fondant to You" by Kim Hyun-joong (Yoon Ji-Hu from Boys over Flowers) and the melancholic "Don't Go" by Jung Ji-chan. Overall: Brilliant!

2 fois 60 minutes. Soit l’équivalent d’un long métrage.

A história é uma delícia, me lembrou o anime InuYasha.
A trama é boa, achei o casal secundário meio chato.
A música é ruim.
A fotografia é incrivel.
Vale muito a pena. O final deixa nosso coração quentinho.
Recomendo.
