Both dramas are centered around employers and employees working in convenience stores/marts.
Refreshingly quirky and zany, with totally unpredictable plot, hilarious characters and awkward situations, they were a very enjoyable ride from beginning to end!

Both are hilarious and take place at work, the main characters are both funny and have similar vibes, comedy is the main genre of both.

Both have a main character that is quirky and weird but likeable, with an ensemble cast of funny characters as well. Both are work place shows that have customers coming and going with their issues that not only add humor but heartwarming stories too. If you seriously like one then you are sure to like the other.

they both have the same type of comedy, himawari plays in a company and has a female lead, I enjoyed it even more because it was fast paced, I'm recommending one or the other if you enjoyed one

The only similarity is unique & gold sit-com u can't find anywhere else. They simply make daily things interesting and hillarious. Not everybody get the jokes i hope they just dont give bad score due to not understanding.

While these dramas have completely unrelated plots, their sense of humor are quite similar. Both are comedies that flourish through their character actors and zany antics in everyday activities. Both have a lack of background music that make the awkwardness and situations all the more hilarious and enjoyable. Fun comedies to relax with!

Aside from the similar brand of comedy these dramas have, I see a common character in Baek Ma Tan of Gaus Electronics and Shibata Ken of Mr. Nietzsche in the Convenience Store. Both are both new employees who are ineptly hiding their wealthy background. These dramas are both hilarious so I recommend both if you liked the other drama.

They both have the same directing and have the same actor, Mr. Jiro.

The same style of comedy.

IF you are looking for the exact carbon copy minus the settings, then this is it!

Ok just hear me out, hah! Nietsche ALSO has a love interest who has/develops a strong degradation kink for the ML. The ML in Kono Otoko has a similar masochist/degradation/humiliation kink, obviously, but more on the physical side.
