Both dramas circle around the relationships of a group of friends. However, age of youth focuses more on friendship and Because This Is My First Life focuses on romance.
It is the Chinese remake of the Korean drama Age of Youth. It is also a coming-of-age drama about five girls in their twenties living in the same house. The only difference is that it takes place in China not Korea.
Fight For My Way is also a realistic portrayal of life but instead of talking about youngsters in their 20s, university, first love and so on; it's more about life when you are in your late 20s and early 30s. Do you have a stable job with a decent income? Dreams vs. realistic goals. More committed relationships and marriage. However, both dramas depict the priceless value friendships
Both are about 'normal life', but you still enjoy it even if 'nothing happens' :) And it has great humor.
They are both slice of life shows that deal with college life. Age of Youth deals more with making friends where Weightlifting Fairy leans more towards the romance side. Recommend watching both of them.
Both dramas are centered around the friendship of group of seemingly very different women. They share their hardships and happy days, they fight and then they make up but most importantly, they always have each others' back.
Both dramas sometimes contain similar story tropes but as main leads are in different age groups, these tropes get solved somewhat differently.
Both dramas have quite short episodes (WLDN 30 minutes, AOY 45 minutes per episode)
Age of Youth is about 5 flatmates in their early 20s. The drama is about their everyday life, college struggles and first loves. Each main lead represents some basic stereotype (there is girly girl, innocent shy girl, sexy minx, serious hardworking girl, free-spirited girl). The drama is more slice-of-life centered.
Work Later, Drink now is about 3 friends in their early 30s who drink together every day. They are somewhat losers - one of them is pretty but very stupid, one of them is a bit of a weirdo, the last one falls in love with pitiful men when shes drunk. The drama is more focused on ridiculous comedy and it is more adult oriented.

the same kind of environment ~
"Five women live on the 22 floor of the same apartment. Different in personalities they each have their own struggles in their career, family and love life. As they get to know each other and journey through the struggles of living in Shanghai, they each undergo a transformation."

Season 2 of Age of Youth which is somewhat a continuation of the drama's first season but some of the casts are changed.
These dramas center on a bunch of roommates in an urban setting (there is romance, drama, comedy...)
While EW centers on a bunch of guys friends who are part of the entertainment world and who run a guesthouse, AoY and its sequel centers on a group of college going girls who room together in a nice flat.

Both dramas are about friendships of totally different women.
Age of Youth is about 5 university students living in the same boarding house and encountering various life problems. The story is slice-of-life with a dramatic/mystery twist
Avengers Social Club is about 3 women from different backgrounds trying to get together revenge on people who hurt them. The story is comedy revenge with some serious moments.
Both stories have unusual, fresh storylines, fun characters and fantastic sismance!

Many recommendations that come from Father is Strange are usually about the family dynamic. Age of Youth (also translated as Hello My Twenties) is similar to MFIS because it also uses multiple, same-time, plot lines. In its own way, Age of Youth also creates a family throughout the time of the housemates living together. Overall, I would go as far to say I feel a more genuine and tighter connection between the characters of AOY over MFIS. I also consider every one of AOY's plots to be engaging throughout, which is what makes it one of my personal favorite dramas of all time.
