Introverted Boss

A girl falls in love with a person with a psychological problem, caused by somebody's suicide, who happens to be her boss.

Gi Jun, once the ace of the internal audit team, is now stuck handling petty office scandals—all thanks to his manager, In A. One day, he receives an anonymous tip: In A is involved in an inappropriate relationship at work. Digging into her secret for revenge, Gi Jun instead finds himself drawn to her. And as In A shares her secret with him, she begins to wonder whether Gi Jun might be the one person who can help her overcome her dark past and finally find happiness. An office romance quietly blossoms within the very duty meant to chase down office affairs and corruption.

Even though both dramas contain different characters and different storylines, I find that the romance between them give off a similar vibe, as well as the main leads.

Gostaria muito da segunda temporada, gostei demais da serie, muito bom mesmo, parabens.
Será que posso ter uma esperança que posso ainda ter uma segunda temporada.

Both have a boss/ employee relationship

Both FL are enthusiastic and bold

while the IB has the male lead as the introvert character, HTH has the female lead as the introvert character, overall they're both good series

1- male boss and female employee fall in love.
2- male boss has a problem with facing people.
3- love triangle.
4- trauma.

They both have deep story where main lead has to lie or be quiet to conceal the truth. Both stories are so touching that you will cry but still you will find happy ending.

- Female lead misunderstands the male lead sometimes
- In introverted boss, the female lead starts to notice that the ceo is not so bad after all and is actually kind. Accidentally meow on you also has the female lead realize that the ceo is actually pretty caring.

Both fall into the Office Romance category, but both also feature the "boss" figures having to overcome some sort of trauma that affects them throughout both series. Also, features the male leads falling for the ladies first and chasing them.

Both romances center around a boss and employee learning about each other, realizing their misconceptions about each other, and falling in love. One of the main leads also faces a lot of family pressure and past trauma that makes them repress their own wants and needs, but is able to overcome it thanks to the support from the love interest and friends. Furthermore, they both feature strained sibling relationships and manipulative antagonists.

Introverted boss has a similar story to Time. Like how the main lead comes to get interested to the female lead.

Office romance category - Chinese version. Both have male boss & female employee relationship.

You know the flow....Cold guy acts as ‘cool’ boss at first, hides his emotions, then relentless pursues the girl & both fall in love. Then, they get together & ‘hide’ relationship from the others. Then, everyone finds out later on. Then, some dramas here & there. Then, happy ending.

Both dramas are amazing you must watch it to get a get laugh and sweetness of romance. They both have strong female lead characters and they are slightly different with story line.
