I don't want to reveal which parts are similar cuz that'd be a little spoilery ;D but since I need the 100 characters, I'll say both had similar events

Both dramas are about a married couple who is not married for love and both couples face difficult decisions and situations. Both dramas also have something to do with unfaithfulness and in both dramas we have very strong women who are willing to cross lines for their work. Both dramas are very, very, very mature and are so powerful that one has to stop often in order to keep on breathing.
Both dramas have also gotten an ending that robs one of all the last piece that was left while watching them.
They are masterpieces of no comparison.

The plot reminds me of Misty. Strong willed and ambitious female protagonist with a man beside them who is willing to do everything to the female character for love or obsession. If you're looking with similar feel and character try this drama and it'll give you an emotional rollercoaster ride.

bot The World of the Married and Misty are similar in their vibes, they have smart mature independent women, and their struggles through the makjangness of the world

Both of them have great cast, amazing variou artis's ost, nice cinematography and good story line. Misty and Whisper show us strong-role of the female leads. And i think you would have the same feel when you watch Misty and Whisper.

Both dramas carry strong female leads that have to do many things to survive within their environments. The osts and filming are very similar and beautiful. They both have a darker mood and include similar themes such as betrayal, cheating, tragedy, and a lot of suspension. Would highly recommend if you enjoyed Misty.

Ms. Perfect gives a similar vibe to Misty. Although different family dynamics, the female leads both struggle to maintain their reputation/family together. Both leads are strong and have to be careful on who to trust.

Both dramas have a female leed who is an ambitious and slightly scary TV presenter. Both of these characters have bad characteristics, but still we sympathize with them. Both of them are very successful and envied and hated by some people. However They stand strong.

Like cheat on me, if you can it's a more adult drama involving cheating and murder.
The vibe is really similar i think and until the end we didn't who was the real killer. I highly recommend it?

"Misty revolves around successful news anchor Go Hye Ran (Kim Nam Joo). When she's accused of the murder of a former lover, her estranged husband, Kang Tae Wook (Ji Jin Hee) must step in as her defense lawyer. Let us all pause here to recognize the sheer glory that is the character of Go Hye Ran"

Thriller aspect is there, as well as romance, but Misty as a whole is not as innocent or upbeat as When the Camellia Blooms. Both shows have a serious tone, and keep you wanting to click the next episode. Camellia is more sweet and lighter in tone, but Misty has that mystery/thriller aspect. Both have competent, strong female leads who will stand up for themselves, as well as a male lead who will protect them (by any means necessary)...

They have parallels in that both female leads are caught up in a web of lies; both are ambitious and "cold"; both have personal lives that are falling apart. The genres and delivery is different, so are the characterizations, and while I think Misty is the better drama hands down, MHE reminds me of it.

If you are looking for a drama with more mature characters, where no one is 100% good or 100% evil, both dramas share that.

You'll find very appealing characters and a storyline that has romance, drama, revenge, politics and strong female characters (Go Hye Ran in Misty and Choi Yoo Jin in K2).

In both dramas you have a mysterious murder that impacts all the story.
