Kiss Me Again

I agree with other reviews, shoving four different stories in one series is just too much to digest. You can't help but get excited with one couple and get bored with the others. I seriously started skipping all stories and just focused on the one with BL story. I mean, among the four couples their storyline is way more interesting. Their acting is believable. The supporting actors in their scenes are really good too. I just wish they narrow the storyline down to atleast 2 and then mqke the story somehow connected. I felt like watching four different series at the same time and it gives me headache.

Overall, Kiss Me Again is a happy-pill series. You can binge watch if you may.

This a typical GMMTV all stars production and that automatically drew me in. Most of the cast had been in Waterboyy the series which I loved. This drama is a mix of straight and BL couples which was interesting. I did not like that so many couples were included as I felt like no couple had enough time to really develop.
Pros: I thought the actors that I had already seen previously were great and the group of friends that Kao and Pete form was fun. They definitely put thought into the dynamics of each relationship, each with their own pasts.
Cons: Too many couples to really focus.
Overall: A great introduction to some new actors that I like seeing in dramas now. Great cast and fun story. Looking forward to the continuation .

PeteKao only

Like many others, I only watched this for PeteKao after seeing Dark Blue Kiss. GMMTV uploaded scenes of only PeteKao to YouTube lol. They know their audience. I must say I was incredibly bored of the beginning because the story and the characters were incredibly juvenile. The directing is also worse than its sequel as there are a lot of awkward beats while there are none in DBK. The actors also seem to gel a lot better in DBK, although the chemistry between Pete and Kao is still great and no one called Kao the wife since they've only started dating. That's a plus for me. While I like seeing characters evolving throughout a series, due to how bad the first half of the show, I'd just recommend you watch only part 3 of the PeteKao videos. They are very sweet with each other while they're "not dating" and I love how Pete made the argument for them dating when his father confronted them.

There are some minor consistency issues like how Pete and Kao's clothes were pretty much dry after playing in the pool.

In the previous series of Kiss Me: The Series, Pete and Kao were already friends. But in the sequel movie Kiss Me Again seems like they don't know each other and there was a preview that Pete and Kao are enemies before when Kao's friend beat by Pete. Then there was one scene that Pete was studying then Sandee's group along with June, Kao and Thada came to Pete then Sandee introduce her friends to Pete but in the Kiss Me: The Series they were all friends already. So I just have some confusions if its a sequel or prequel. And in that Kiss Me: The Series Kao's character was Nerdy High school student then in the Kiss Me Again he is not like that.

Sobre a história: Apesar de ser lançada depois da série “Kiss (2016)”, não se trata de uma continuação, na verdade os eventos de Kiss-me again se passam antes dos da série “kiss”. Essa temporada é focada nas três irmãs mais velhas de Sandee e Sanrak, e explica como surgiu o relacionamento de Pete e Kao. A história é boa, tem um bom roteiro Tem uma boa dose de humor, drama, um pouco de ação, e óbvio que tem alguns furos, mas são poucos. O que realmente se torna um problema na minha concepção, é que normalmente quem vai assistir a trilogia fica confuso, pois o certo seria assistir primeiro Kiss me again e depois Kiss, até os títulos parecem invertidos (kiss me again/beije- me de novo é a primeira e Kiss/Beijo é a segunda na ordem lógica), mas enfim, apesar de tudo estou feliz com a atuação, dei nota 10. A trilha sonora é coerente e com certeza eu recomento essa série. mas por favor, vejam ela antes de "Kiss the series", pra que tudo faça mais sentido.
