If you have watched a lot of dramas before watching this one you might not connect with the storyline which I found myself doing. It’s a typical storyline but I definitely enjoyed all the characters in the drama. Though it’s a repeated childhood friend story Park Minyoung and Park Seo Joon brought some freshness into it as we haven’t see their pairing. Each love story was unique and cute. Some scenes were extremely funny so there was a reasonable amount of comedy which made up for the story in some way. The OST was okay but not super amazing. Overall the drama was okay but don’t watch with extremely high expectations because you can guess what coming next, it’s not unpredictable.

It started with great momentum ...

I added this drama to my queue because of Park Min Young. I absolutely adore her. The first episode did not draw me in. Despite the comedic tones of character introductions, it really didn't catch my attention. It was not until the end of the second episode that I held out hope for this drama.

The story and character development flowed beautifully. You learned a lot and fell in leave with all of the characters, main and support. It all comes to a head at the end of episode ten and you're left with this sense of closure. Unfortunately, you don't get that in the last six episodes. While the last six episodes are adorable, they're fluff. You forget about everything that happened in the first ten episodes because it is just sort of written off. I was left with a few questions and this want to find out how things were mended.

The acting is great! You do have to keep in mind that this drama has a comedic aspect to it. Parts are expected to be delivered animated and overdramatic. I personally feel the execution was amazing and left me drawn to the characters.

The music wasn't all that memorable. The songs fit the scene where a song became more prominent, but I didn't feel the need to run to Spotify or look up every song in the OST.

I could see myself watching this drama again, but only until episode ten. Again, nothing against the last six episodes, but I felt there could have been so much more than what was presented.

Overall, this drama is cute. The love story, characters, and comedy mesh really well and make for a bingeworthy drama.

Calling out all romance lovers, this drama is gonna stick on you like peanut butter to jelly. The characters and their friendship were goals;the couples and their relationships were goals; EVERYTHING WAS GOALS.
This is one of that kind of dramas where every character is a piece of a puzzle. They're all important. You're gonna love them because of their unique characteristics and wittiness. Everyone was so natural in their acting,it was insane. I think a lot of people thought that the story was cliché. And i agree with that. But for some reason,i didn't really mind it.

And the thing i liked the most about this,is that the main female lead was not the typical "dumb and weak" character. She was powerful, strong and confident, and i wanted to enter the drama just to give her a hug. Also, Park Seo Joo never disappoints,i love this man in every drama.

Overall,it was a really laid back and fun romcom. I laughed and squealed and that's what i needed because i was in a slump from all the bad dramas that i forced myself to watch. And i didn't cry until the last episode, damn, that one got me. I'M GONNA MISS THE LEADS AND THE SUPPORTIVE CHARACTERS A WHOLE BUNCH

Sometimes you don't need a complex plots for a story to shine or to be interesting.
"There is beauty in Simplicity", this is what I thought about this drama. It's not perfect "Yes", there are scenes where you'll think that Is that really necessary?, but at the end you just tend to let it go because it works perfectly. I love that the happy ending did not only happen to the main lead but to the other characters as well.
For those who are looking for a drama that will leave you an exhilarating feeling ,I recommend you to watch this.

storyline is not good

even though this drama had a lot of romantic scenes but the storyline made me skip a lot of parts .even though i skipped everything i still know what the story was.it was the acting and the scenes which made me stay till the end, otherwise i would never watch it till the end.the narcissist character of male lead made it more worse.i just hated the part where he always used to boast about himself and the the female lead without any second thought just agreed to him.the rich character made me awkward.

Quirky romantic comedy

I love the fashion values - and he has two Maseratis in different colors. As at ep. 2 more like "What's becoming of Mr Lee" ? As it develops, the reason the leads come together is highly far-fetched . Apart from that, which is contradictory to the light tone of the drama, this is a good mix of romance, comedy and mystery. It is not just the leads but all the characters in this show contribute to a great mix, really cheers me up. The romance towards the end still has original moments but for me gets boring. Could have been 2 or 3 episodes less imo, but the final episode was beautiful. Music very good. I could re-watch this in future, at least the first half.

As the first Korean drama that I watched upon my interest in watching dramas, this one has a very good acting in their cast and the plot has a fantastic flow to it.

To be able to follow the story and really have an understanding, I highly recommend for viewers to really get into the story and see the brilliant outline of typical themes that we find in modern dramas today.

The acting is second to none, with the entire cast - in my opinion - having a wonderful chemistry about them and none of the cast involved let you down with the pure fantastic quality that they bring to the screen.

If you have a desire for Korean dramas that not only get you interested in the story, but you're looking for a very good plot, brilliant choices in music to accomodate the scenes and no sudden drop in the quality of acting, then I definitely think you should give this one a chance.

i really like thing about Korean drama they are precise well written and executed don't rush and drag like other countries

now come to the drama i'm wondering after watching it why its titled " WHAT's WRONG WITH SECRETARY KIM" it should be titled " WHAT's WRONG WITH VICE PRESIDENT LEE " cause after hearing miss kim - she is quiting job mr. lee is no longer as usual lol :)

i must say actors are well deserve to be their they enact things greatly that make me sense writer/screenplay whomever done that have beautiful creator mind and magician to written/convey it

we all know there is nothing new in any drama all have same things romance bromance enemy action melodrama but what make any drama different/special is how you are presenting it

the show tell story about three person who went through trauma and how they overcame things and endure/control their emotion its old saying " when people face hard time either that person broke or became more stronger"

i used to go deeply in emotion how people convey their feelings so i've used serious words here so don't judge this drama is serious the thing i above mentioned it conveyed in very beautiful/light way its only some part of drama the whole drama is about confused heart of mr. lee and his stupidity cute romance as a same time passionate

recommendation 10/10

I think I was way to hyped for this

I started watching this drama because everyone was saying how amazing it was and how the plot was oh so interesting. The first couple of episodes were okay and the plot was not as interesting as i though it was, but i kept going because i can't deny that the characters are charismatic. Then it seemed like the main couple got caught in a loop about their past and IT DIDN'T LEAVE THAT, I watched a lot of dramas and I know a lot of them have the little push and pull game in the middle of it but it wasn't interesting to watch, it was always the same thing over and over, i wanted to see more of the side characters who had so much potential for it to be wasted like that. The story of the main couple could've been solved way sooner maybe that way it wouldn't be so tiring to watch.
Again I'm gonna say that I was probably way to hyped for this because of what everyone was saying but maybe y'all where just horny and liked to see them makeout.

Drama and comedy just right!

I confesse that I started to watch this drama without big expectatives about the plot. It was seems just like a regular drama with some funny jokes and cute moments. But I was tottaly wrong! The question in the drama's title can hold you for all the sixteen episodes and still makes you chocked.

When we see Lee Young Joon interpreting a rich and powerful man, we can think theres nothing different about his character, but in the pass of each episode, a new side from this misterious man it is revealed. I really enjoy the fact that a so traumatized man can turn into a powerfull man, even with a hard personality, and how the love (it is always the love hahaha) makes with him could face his past with other eyes.

We have some really funny moments in this drama that makes you laugh, and also very emotional moments that can make you cry. Nothing exceptional, but good enough for the proposal. The hint of fantasy in exaggerated editions makes us smile without forcing anything.

If you are looking for a drama that will make you have fun and enjoy a interesting story about traumas, love, forgiviness and family, you won't regret to watch this one.

This show was adorable! I was grinning ear-to-ear for the last 6 episodes. If you want something light, fluffy, and heartwarming, this is a great show to watch (e.g. after watching something heavy and sad). I swear, the last few episodes were like fanfic and wish fulfillment. Come to think of it, even the early scenes like the carousel were pure wish fulfillment. I want to be Park Min Young!

The side characters were so cute as well. It took me a while to warm up to Ms Bong and Mr Ko, but by the end, I was rooting them all on. I'm glad that every loose end got tied up neatly, and every small fragment came full circle by the end (e.g. the flowers! What kind of DETAIL?). The "hero" music had me rolling in the absurdity at times.

I'm very glad that I watched this show after seeing a few others now. It was so fun seeing our favourite Because This Is My First Life characters make cameos. And I'm so glad Ji Ah got a happier ending than this actress got in Fight For My Way — for a while there, I was worried!

I was a huge fan of the kidnapping subplot, because it was so formative to their lives. Plus, it was clearly written in as part of the "plan" from the first episode. It wasn't dragged out too long, and I'm glad there were still conflicts to handle thereafter. This drama felt a lot more like western TV shows, in the sense that after the kidnapping subplot, each episode had its own conflict that was wrapped up at the end.

Park Seo Joon and Park Min Young are so beautiful and such good actors. They seemed to be having so much fun throughout, so I'm glad they got to have this script to carry out for us fans. It was a pleasure to watch this love story!

good start ..boring end

I saw many positive reviews so I decided to give it a chance.

the start was really good, nothing innovative, but a good story line.

the main female lead works as a secretary for the main male lead. she realises her whole life is committed to her work with little time left for her personal life.
when she communicates her will to leave the company the main lead slowly realises he cannot live without his precious secretary.

it could have been a good starting point, but forward in the story, it's clear that he was already in love with her from the very beginning. he hired her specifically because of their shared past. so, the whole "I don't know why I don't want to let her go" from the very first episodes doesn't make any sense.

the plot thickens when we discover that the protagonists were both held captive as kids by the same woman and developed an "obsession" for lack of better words, about finding the other kid that shared a traumatic experience with them.

after the first half of the series which includes the "kidnapped" plotline, the drama becomes really boring. nothing of substance really happens and the protagonists only talk about how much they love each other. the " slow motion falling into his arms scenes" are unnecessary copious.

the only good thing about this drama is that if you are a fan of the main actor, you won't be disappointed. he s undressed in many scenes, acts cute, talks how a "perfect romantic boyfriend " should talk.

if you are looking for a "cheesy drama" with lot of kisses this drama will do .

overall all is not "bad" but it drags out for too long.

I finished "crazy love" before this and It was much more fun and entertaining.
