Good acting, with the government. amazing plot. They are not thieves but the opposite. The feel they give is like the same as the player.

no.1 in the player they are criminals but in bad prosecutor they are the law. same sort of team dynamic though.
2. in bad prosecutor know who he is and what he's like they just can`t touch him though cos he has a lot of power and influence. in player they know there is a mastermind behind it but all they have is a name so before they go after him they need to figure out who he is first.
both have prosecutors that are uncorrupted by money and power.
