While there are obviously some conflicts in both shows (wouldn't be a drama if there wasn't), the lead pair isn't hindered by it. The plots are not similar at all but if you enjoyed Touch Your Heart, you will definitely enjoy Love O2O. The lead pair's chemistry is off the charts.
