Add these 4 actors with a story of suspense of who-dun-it, this is a drama not to be missed. It's worth the time.

The premise of our heroine being a tomboyish bodyguard to a pompous rich athlete had all the makings for romantic comedy gold...and it delivered. Eun Jae was a tough amusing bad-ass and her contentious bickering relationship dynamic with Park Moo Yul was fun and perfect. The antagonist subplot was interesting but well balanced within the overall story, the secondary characters were phenomenally unique and the drama was perfect..until the whole thing derailed somewhere around episode 9? 12? I don't know which, and frankly I'm not sure exactly what happened. I DO know that the minute our heroine realizes she's fallen for the lead, she turns into this sappy, overly emotional dork that feels so out of left field that it gave me whiplash. When heroines abandon their personalities upon realized love, my patience with a drama starts dropping fast.
The acting in this series was absolutely amazing, so I'm pretty sure the fault lies almost entirely with the script writers. When Wild Romance went from a fun romantic comedy to a downright Makjang-meets-irritating-heroine I was out. I only had two episodes left but I couldn't stomach any more, especially when considering how random Park Moo Yul's confession to Eun Jae felt, her subsequently turning into even MORE of a weirdo, all the while the secondary cast are running amok like an out-of-character flock of whackadoodles. After all that, I just had to bail.
IF this drama had toned down the angst they'd ramped up midway through the drama, and IF they had kept Eun Jae's character dynamic to a believable confident women who can kick ass and not be bothered with names, as opposed to the vomit-inducing punchline she so frequently later felt like, then I'd be singing this drama's praises. It didn't rely on cliches, all of its characters, including bit characters and its antagonists, were amazingly interesting, the premise was fabulous, and the acting rocked everything but the rafters. Too bad the peak and execution of the second half of the drama crash landed into a Volcano.

This drama just keeps you guessing right up till almost the end and it's well written and well acted upon. I loved it! And I totally recommend it.
Lee Dong Wook became one of my favorite actors with this drama.

The characters seemed very real and the chemistry between the main couple was very good. I really loved how Eun Jae and Park Moo Yeol were friends. At first they really hated each other to a point where they always argued and beat each other up but as the drama went on, they began to understand each other and really care for each other. I really love how close they become and were practically like best friends and enemies at the same time.
I very much enjoyed this drama from the very beginning. It was hilarious and nonstop laughter. I don't know how they did it but I just laughed my ass off for like 80% of the drama. The way these two dorks just acted around each other was freaking adorable. They are such little kids. I’m so sad that it’s over now. :( It was really a great drama, I would recommend it to anyone!
And I'm really shocked and very disappointed by the viewer ratings of this drama. It's so low and so unbelievable. This was such a good drama.

As long as you didn't think about the things that happened, everything was (almost) ok. But I am not the kind of person that can blank out their thoughts while watching a drama. Sometimes the whole story and he development seemed so messy that I was really annoyed while waching and I was often on the verge of dropping it. But the curiosity and my love for the absolute adorable and funny side characters made me stay.
The first few episodes were just fun to watch. Although there were some mistakes it wasn't hard for me to turna a blind eye to them. Bu things started to go downhill when Eun Jae started to fall in love with Mu Yeol and turned in to an annoying jealous girl.
But the sweetness of Manager Kim and DOng Ah coaxed me into giving this drama a chance. And thanksfully the protagonist "soon" got a hold of herself and the drama was yet again enjoyable to watch and I didn't have the urge to fast forward things anymore.
Until the end it was entertaining although near the end things got really messy and the characters behaved out of character and some things just got srange and didn't make sense.
But at last they gave us a somehow cute ending.

I watched WR, because of Lee Dong Wook and nothing else. The story is nothing new - a star (baseball player) falls in love with a girl that helps (bodyguard)him, and a lot of stuffs happened in between. The only thing that probably looked different would be the suspense concept the directors, producers and script-writers added to WR.
The actors did a good job, they all portrayed their roles nicely - the delusional aunt, the faithful and loyal friend/husband, the die-hard seagull fans......
I really most say, that the OST for WR was okay.
Back to the suspense concept, I think I get the idea for the concept.... The directors didn't probably just want a romance story, but wanted to add a little twist. Which is okay, BUT they could have at least made sure stories they were going to use for the suspense concept was going to harmonise with the romance story. The idea of the stalker was good, but what's with the painting issues?? Su Yeong's psychological problem?? What exactly was Seo Yeok's role?? Those stories didn't fit well at all.
Well, for those looking for a hot suspense story - don't bother, but if you want a light romance and titbits of suspense here and there, then give it a shot. The ending is really CUTE!!! lol
It was a nice drama all in all.

STORY and CHARACTERS: The story started up pretty good! Tomboyish girl who falls in love with her own "enemy" who she has to take care of as his body guard, In addition there's the mystery behind someone stalking Park Moo Yul and trying to figure out who the stalker was kept me interested until the end!
Eun Jae's character is lovable and cute, I had no issues empathizing with her and I love that she was always true to herself and didn't change who she was.
Park Moo Yul on the other hand was a good lead. I mean, don't get me wrong, I love Lee Dong Wook as an actor and he was the reason why I started watching this drama in the first place but there was something about his character that didn't make me fall in love with him.
The love story, oh! The love story! (and here's the main reason why this drama ended up disappointing me so much!) The title and picture cover mislead me as the relationship between the main couple is anything but a "Wild Romance". I had no complaints with the ex-girlfriend coming back obstacle in their relationship but after a couple of episodes, it started infuriating me and ended up making me feel so frustrated that the only thing I wished for was for Eun Jae to just leave and move on with her life and continue been awesome as she already was!!!
There was zero tension between the main couple making Eun Jae fall so back behind that I almost forgot who the female lead was and I questioned myself several times if PMY really liked her enough to give up on his past and chose her since he treated her as a boy/younger brother most of the time, even until the end making it so unfair for Eun Jae. The struggles between Park Moo Yul and Yoo Eun Jae get resolved so easily and out of nowhere that it just lacked any emotion and feelings of relief/happiness of finally watching the main characters managing to overcome all obstacles and be happy together!
Kang Jong Hee's character (interpreted by Jessica Jung) was pretty good and intriguing, like a cute psycho/depressed Barbie doll which I ended up loving and hating. There was several times where I could totally get her and others where I wanted to just throw here out the window!
On the other hand, there's the romance between the supporting roles Kim Tae Han and Kim Dong Ah which made it up for the lack of romance between the main leads. Their love story is absolutely beautiful and they are so cute together that I couldn't help but feeling excited every time they came to scene giving me the lovable/cheesy/heartwarming moments that I was lacking. Their relationship was the perfect depiction of opposites attracting, they complimented each other so well!
Jin Dong Soo and Oh Soo Young's story started up pretty good and kept a good flow until the end though there were parts where something stopped making any sense since it (and then again) gave more importance to PMY and KJH relationship leaving Eun Jae in the shadows. Besides, the way Jin Dong Soo and Oh Soo Young started acting and the excuse behind it wasn't that convincing, at least for me!
ACTING/CAST: I think the casting was well put together and the acting was overall good and convincing. The actors/actresses delivered a very good performance and kept the emotional rollercoaster going throughout the story. So I have no complaints with that at all!
MUSIC: I liked the music and it complimented the happy/sad/intriguing moments pretty well but on my personal opinion, it wasn’t outstanding or catchy like other OST's I've heard before.
REWATCH VALUE: Since the end of the story was somehow disappointing, rushed and emotionless, I honestly wouldn't go through all the drama again for nothing!
OVERALL: In conclusion, I wouldn’t say "NO!" to recommending this drama as there are several elements in the show that doesn't make it unbearable to watch but I would totally tell people not to expect a lot of romance so you don't get disappointed!

I was watching this drama for the Robot couple - Dong Ah and Manager Kim - they really kept me watching just to see the situations they got into. They were so freaking cute and I honestly would love to have had the drama been about them and the story of Eun Jae and Moo Yul be the side.
Of course the story started off strong as other reviewers have said themselves, but it just didn't have that extra attraction that made me want to keep watching faithfully. I think it had a lot of potential but somewhere along the way lost it's purpose. Bringing in Jessica was a good try at getting more attention to the show that it was slowly losing. Though her acting wasn't per say even the best and her storyline was bringing the attention totally to her and pulling away from the main actress entirely.
Overall, the story was good, don't get me wrong. It's definitely something that you just have to watch since this drama is something you'll either like, or you won't. Though this drama isn't in my top 20 for all time favorites it still had something about it that made me watch until the end.
