First, story. I affirmed that I have watched this version completely and may have skipped a few scenes which are cliches and so I would know what's going on without really seeing it. Another reason would be, I watched the 2008 version around a third of the way to the end. So, I kinda know the story already. I think it was a good story, very vague here because there's nothing super unique here that makes it good. What I can say is that regardless of there being a 10 year gap between this and the previous version, what I can say is that this version's take on the story is much different compared to the older one. I feel the older one to have much raw emotions whereas here is much more on the fierceness and their stubbornness. Comparing two similar scenes from both versions, I can tell they try to make it emotional for the older one while for this one they just touched on it for plot progression.
Another point I would like to say is that the writers truly tried to "learn from their mistakes" kinda thing for this version by cutting some scenes and revamp some scenes which I think was perfect although there were some funny scenes which I was disappointed that they cut it. About the romance, yes I love it. I lived for the leads' scene together but as some have noticed, it was never detailed how the leads' fell in love with each other. It's like they argued and argued and argued and then suddenly you noticed they have some feelings for each other
On the cast, this one I can't deny that they chose very well. The FL was able to show a super scary and fierce side at one minute and then be vulnerable and emotional the next minute which I liked a lot. Many people said the FL was less beautiful than the SFL but I think she's beautiful enough. The ML was handsome but he's more towards the cute side. And this is where I believed the dynamic of their scenes together becomes different due to his looks. I loved the Mother's actress, plainly she was probably one of the reasons I watched this drama because looking from the trailers she was bound to be a really funny character and she really did! She's truly one of the highlight of the show! And probably the only truly crazily clever one in the show because as she said " she ate lots of fish". The rest are okay but the casting for the maids? Siripon and Jitjai, I don't know, I really don't feel it was necessary to have two of them. It was better only one like the older version. Overall, good casting. And the acting, no words to describe better but excellent.
Music, I was plainly annoyed by the music during the first half and most of the episodes because whenever they argued or there was some struggle scenes, the BGM would play and it's a really "make you wanna fight" music which I don't particularly like. They only had one OST on which tune they played around with, which well I liked. The OST was beautiful and really expressed the leads' story, a touch which I liked about the song.
Rewatch value? Hmm, I would probably watch it again but maybe focused on the interesting and funny and romance scenes. At this moment, I am currently downloading every single episode for it. So yeah, I will most probably rewatch it. To be honest, while waiting for the subs, I still watched the unsubber spoilers figuring out which episode had the good scene and can't wait to see it subbed and then watched the same scene when it's already subber. So what more won't I do.
Overall, I don't really know what to say so I just blabber on but this was definitely a good story and one interesting thing here is that even if you watched the older version and then watched this version or vice versa, you won't get lost in the story or who is who, as their mannerisms, speech and characteristics are all similar. But the tone and how the story plays out is certainly different and made it a good show.
PS. If my review was lacking, I'm sorry, I really want people to give it a try.
PSS. I would like to take this chance to salute Neko Meow Meow who despite having troubles three times or so while subbing this drama with her website, she still managed to continue and subbed it really really fast, at first once a day and then twice a day and then to finish off, she did three for the last day. She was an awesome heroine subber!!

Having known the whole story and being able to recall every line each character said, I am amazed that this 2019 remake was still able to hit me hard...harder than expected. It's funnier, crazier, more fierce but more emotional, more soft and sweeter at the same time. I was in a rollercoaster of emotions through out the whole drama. I love both ML and FL much more than 2006 version. I'm not talking about acting skills of them but their portrayal of characters. ML was a jerk at the beginning but changing himself later and it was so adorable. It's like love changing him to be a better person who no longer looking down on people. His behaviour changed not only toward FL but to all people. FL was so feisty to the point some people wonder how come ML fell in love with her. While watching the drama, I felt like I were an ML who unknowingly falling for FL slowly as the story progress. There are so many sides of her character. The transformation from feisty, aggressive, childish girl to emotional, sweet, gentle woman is smoothly portrayed. I'm amazed...I love the actress and she made me love and understood FL character much more than before. This is what 2006 ver lacks: the lack of character development of ML & FL (he was not much of a jerk at the beginning so the change of his character later in the story gave lesser impact...and she was strong headed from the beginning till the end). I didn't believe that remake could outdo the original but this 2019 remake outdid the previous version for me (I apologize if i offend anyone. It's my opinion only from a big fan of the previous version).
P.S. FL is so pretty. The more I look at her, the more I find her pretty. What a unique face and model body she has.

It was going so well
I was really enjoying the chemistry between the ML and FL, I loved the mother she was fab and I am going to adopt her catchphrases. It was all going so well until episode 16 and then it all went downhill. For a drama that was set in 2019 (Even if it is a remake) it was disappointing to see a rape considered a relationship milestone. Hate at first sight, married, raped, fall in love.... I don't think so. When in a later episode she vocalises whats happened it gets swept away and the ML tries to justify it with i wasn't just angry but i have feelings for you. NO...I continued watching it as I am stubborn but I did not enjoy it although the actors were very good. I am normally a fan of k dramas and c dramas but thought I would branch out but after the third Thai drama to have a wife/ Girlfriend raped and then the leads fall in love and get together I am very disappointed.

rape is not romance.
I assumed the 2019 version was going to by-pass the outdated 'rape tag' (now with spoiler add-on) - Never assume. Unneeded on a honeymoon, or in a story-line. There was no reason for production to include it. The male lead does admit he raped the female lead, with what is essentially a nod.* Just getting that word through network censors was probably an unusual occurrence. But, as much as I want to give production that credit, the sad truth is. In all three versions, the director made the male lead a rapist. The writer continued into 2019; portraying the women as shrews, mistresses, and without dignity. The female employees in all versions, are a good example of how this drama perpetuates the myth that poor loyalties can be bought. Women's jealousies of other women will always rule their actions. While, the male lead character in this, will always avoid a sexual assault charge. What, an original. What, a remake. What, an adaptation. For the third, and I hope, final time for this unedited "rape to romance" script. Rape is not romance, and doesn't belong in the romance genre. Avoid.*note: When responding to the second female lead and her conspirators screaming accusations of purposeful seduction for pregnancy:
FL: "That Khun P'wee raped me."
SFL & toadies: "minutes of white noise."
ML:"I'm sorry, Nong Phen (SLF)."

But the story isn't too bad, like it's basic, it's literally the fact that the two hate each other, get married, fall in love, but there's drama like an ex and family and illegal gambling and all sorts of crazy random stuff tossed together for 34 episodes; which is waaaaaay too long but it's such an easy watch tbh that you don't even notice it at all. The drama is absolutely wild but I love it. For sure.
As for the acting, first it seems a little off because both the ML and FL are so angry and childish that you're like "UGH GROW UP!" and the mom is extremely sweet but man she's crazy; also the infidelity is outrageous as well but that's normal in these too so every character played their parts nicely but you'll spend a majority of it angry anyway. But I adored the relationship between the sisters; Nit's friends were extremely nice and the Editor lmao poor guy. I was honestly amused and I loved the connection deeper into the series; the ex was dumb but aren't they usually?
But I mean, this show was actually pretty worth it, so def watch it. It's a remake but both versions are nice and honestly, if you're just looking for something to kill your time, it's here for ya.

One of the best slap/kiss to date!
IN MY TOP 10 LAKORNSI like this type of lakorn where the FL has a strong personnality. I hope she will keep it for the duration of the drama... And yes, even if it can be a little too much :)
Plot: Hate-love between 1 reporter (FL, fired from her job because of ML's deeds), and an arrogant heir (ML) with a girlfriend. The FL is friend with the ML's mother who is in a psychiatric hospital. This mother will do everything in her power to marry his son with the FL, despite the girfriend's tricks and schemes.
- The CL is bickering all the way. We get attached very quickly to these 2 leads, they are super talented.
- The story is less nice with FL2, an actress who always plays FL2 (rival/evil/sneaky) but impossible to sympathize with her character!! She is UNBEARABLE!! Selfish, arrogant, manipulative, vindictive, etc. UGHHHH.
- The mother character, on the other hand, is adorable. A little crazy, smart, very wise, and has humor :)
As usual in lakorns, the production includes long freeze frames on eyes and ubiquitous music.

Terribly misguided... with one of my favourite characters ever!
This is my first review on this site and I hope to write more in the future. This is one of those Lakorns where I went in and expected nothing but stay for one of the most interesting characters ever developed in Thai Television. When I started watching the show I immediately had my doubts that the actress cast as the FL would be able to hold my attention for the next 34 episodes. Her blatant bad personality was so off-putting that nearly dropped this by episode 6. The over the top reactions of the FL in every situation really gave me a lot of negative feelings. And with the addition of one of the most annoying and misguided ML in the history of Lakorns made their whole dynamic difficult to watch. I feel that between the ML and FL in this case it would have been better if one of the two were at least semi likable. That is not to say there is nothing I liked about the two together and it would have been much more enjoyable if the creators didn't insult the audience with bad writing choices throughout the series. That said, I did give this series a much higher rating despite my disappointment with some parts of the show went. The sole reason for that is the writing of one of the best characters that I have seen in a while. That is of course the mother of the ML. Most of the plot for the story revolves around decisions that she makes. Our main characters are greatly influenced by her decisions and a lot of the comedic relief for the show comes from her. In fact, I liked her so much that there was a point in the show where I wished the story actually revolved around her and the father of the ML as they were generally more likable than the leads. I think the actress playing the mother really did a wonderful job and definitely won me over and I became so excited whenever she was on screen. I honestly wish there was a lakorn dedicated to a woman in a mental hospital and her husband trying to win her back. Furthermore, there weren't any other characters that stood out too much, except for perhaps the sister of the FL whom I really sympathized with. It is difficult to let go of the person you love even if they treat you badly and people are not always strong enough to fight for there dignity. I feel like her character was in some ways the most relatable throughout the series.
So would I recommend this? I would definitely have a recommend this if you like a lot of shouting and screaming. Okay, I'm being a bit dramatic throughout this review. I did in the end enjoying watching the show and I felt there was some character development from the FL that redeemed her by the end. But there were so many other highlights and funny moments from secondary characters I would almost give this a higher rating. The only thing to consider is that there should be a major trigger warning for rape and abuse for sensitive viewers. I didn't talk about these things to avoid spoilers and not to upset readers. This is a very sensitive issue which is difficult for me to talk about. I also haven't seen the 2006 version of this, but I might try to find it more comparison at a later stage.

What can I say? This is one hell of a trainwreck. From beginning to end, I just couldn't find the heart to understand any one of these characters (except Wee's Mom and Dad because they were adorable and fun). There's the FL who is too stubborn, imagine being a reporter and reporting crap in the very first episode then having the bravado to be high and mighty. The FL's tiny friend who was so stupid, really to be a reporter and not fact-check. My gosh, this all happened in the first 15 minutes. It's tiring but I started it so I had to finish it if it meant 34 hours of content fast-forwarded.
The ML is a cheat and rapist. No, I will never adore him.
The crazy girlfriend of the ML who had really had really bad company. If you have enabler friends, dump them or at least learn to not listen to them.
The story is just meh. Nothing grand. Everyone had problems here left and right. No absolute closure for all characters.

Not bad, but not the best either!
Watching Khing Kor Rar Khar Kor Rang was an experience. I'm going to keep this review short! The story is interesting & doesn't have a lot of glaring plot holes. A forced marriage set up and how the couple fall in love. The scheming, screaming, crying SFL was convincingly malicious. I absolutely LOVE the Mum-In-Law!! She was brilliant! I wish more dramas showed mothers-in-law this positively!! And, FL's sister and friend too! I liked that there were good, kind and redeemable women around the FL. I loved that though FL's sister was a mistress, she wasn't shown to be stereotypical. It was refreshing to see that her character, albeit sad, was still a beautiful soul. Which is something I appreciated. Nice to see rounded characters that are grounded in reality. The FL was pretty neat, consistent in her urge to win against the ML and I love that she fought back and didn't take crap from anyone!! The ML himself was - meh! I wasn't very impressed with the character. And, the rape scene - huh!! Why?! - I saw the tag and still watched the series, so I know what I was getting. However, after watching the show, I feel like it was completely not needed. The point was for the FL to get pregnant - they could've gotten drunk and spent the night together or anything else! Phew! Rant over.
Acting - Everyone did a great job! I really liked the Pinkploy as Nit. The ML is another story though. huh! Somehow, I wasn't very impressed. The kiss scenes were fake for the most part - but, I wish they didn't make it glaringly obvious that they were fake! And, I was disappointed with the chemistry of the leads. The romance was a bit lacking.
Anyway, everyone did a great acting job in this one. And a huge shout out to The SFL - her acting was on point!
Not much to write about the OST - it was also meh!
And, I'd probably not rewatch as this was a rather forgettable lakorn.

Frustrating
So I saw some of the reviews and felt this might not be a bad one to watch while waiting for the ones I REALLY want to watch. In the beginning I liked it... the banter of the leads were quite fun and the ML mum was great too. But I kept expecting it to get better...and waited and waited... fast forwarded plenty of unnecessary parts to just get through it and see how it ends. I have never seen a clingier girlfriend .... seriously!! The ML had to be really stupid to believe her everytime. I felt the ML was so spineless and gullible. The FL was strong which I liked. There were not ANY heartfelt emotional moments at all between the leads. Nor any sweet scenes until the very last episode. I liked that the leads grew in character but that was just about it. I wouldn’t watch this again thoWas this review helpful to you?
Give it a try once
•Although I am against forced consummation and slap kiss concept this drama kept me hooked due to the lead pair.•The story was plain but executed very well. I thought I wont be able to finish but the story was fast pacing. Fake marriage, mistress, girl fight was well balanced. But their romance blooming was kind of missing because we always saw them fighting.
•Pinkploy as Nit was excellent showing fierce and protective to his sister and husband then emotional and pity in-front of her mother in law simultaneously. Ko as pawee was really filial son,the best thing about the show but I didn’t like him jumping back and forth to his wife and girlfriend. Both the leads acted profoundly as this was their first main leads.it didn’t feel that it was their first project as leads.Their chemistry was amazing. The phycho girlfriend was really a pain and I loathed her every time I see onscreen.but sometimes her acting felt more aggressive and irritating.
•I didn’t get the BGM but yes ost was ok.
Re-watch yes but only the fun part.
•The high class people will always be good is a myth and this drama conveys it properly
