It have the same vibe , male lead suspecting other male lead , serial killing of many years ago , unexpected twist , watch it u will know.

A packed Suspense, Thriller and Mystery
Deals With a Serial killer
The drama also revolves around the past happenings
But on the other hand Chimera doesn't deal with some supernatural concept

Both Dramas are packed with a suspense/Thriller/Revenge
They both keep you on the edge of your sit
If you enjoyed Blind you will enjoy Chimera no Doubt.

Both dramas have past unsolved incidents/crimes start occurring again after a period of time where the children of those involved in the past incident get embroiled in the present incident as they try to uncover the truth behind who may have been involved.

i have yet to watch Awaken fully but here's what i can see from the summary/some of the reviews!

- forgotten tragedies
- serial murders (both shows have them set around 30-35 years after the first killings)
- FBI (both shows have MCs that are on loan from the FBI/both are women)
- emotional MLs
- psychology (i see the tag on Awaken and i'm not quite sure where it will come in but in Chimera one of the MLs is a brain surgeon/former army veteran trained in [redacted] while one of the FLs is a criminal profiler—didn't quite give me Memorist vibes in the latter but it was there)
- hinted romance (Awaken seems to be more out in the open while Chimera is more subtle and slightly more complicated, ig?)

Differences
- In My Perfect Stranger, mc goes back in past to find the culprit
- In Chimera, mc stays in present but looking for culprit of the past case

If you’re looking for a dark, twisted, mystery thriller then these dramas would be a perfect fit
Both also have amazing acting and tension

it's about psychopaths. as usual, ocn never disappointed us. there's a plot twist, and this drama makes me curious. can't stop watching

The Style is alike, while the plot and characters are completely different. If there's one drama i thought about what "Chimera" was similar to from production and picture quality its "Mouse". If you enjoy "Chimera", you will probably will like "Mouse".

Both have an element of a past crime or case returning to the present to haunt those who were involved in what may have been a cover up within the criminal justice system. Watcher's incident is from 15 years ago where is Chimera's is from 25 years ago -- with police officers and others working against the clock to to uncover the truth and root out corruption and injustice.

Both stories are about a group of people trying to reveal hidden mysteries. Both have good chemistry main couple, it’s not romantic but the explosive chemistry is worth watching. Chimera does have a better background story than The Good Detective.

In both, the profiler plays an effective role in discovering the truth through the analysis of criminal psychology and examining the role of the environment in criminal behaviour.
In both, the viewer closely observes the criminal's daily life and behaviours.
