It’s so difficult to balance all these stories and to develop all the characters. The whole ensemble is uniformly strong. It’s really a bunch of short stories which get pulled together in the last scene. It wasn’t needed to bring everyone together, but it is nice to see them all interact.
Also, hats off to all the animal wranglers since all the animals are great. It’s refreshing to see real animals and not CG everywhere.
So if you’re looking for something fluffy but with heart, this is lots of fun.

This is a feel good movie, light with some touching stories. Nothing epic, but the adult animals are well-trained to deliver acting that some are better than their human co-stars. Mostly are Hollywood pet stars that are hired together with their animal trainers, only the pig and the kitten are local. Not necessary a rom-com, but other relationship such as family bonding and friendship are explored as well. But mainly are relationship between human and their pets, and some were not accustomed to own pets before. This movie is mainly to teach people to love animals, especially, domestic pets, where both sides (us and our pets) find love, healing, friendship, family, even trust. Was this review helpful to you?
Can't believe I cried for a Pig!
Completed: 10/1/2022What an adorable and heartwarming movie! This movie boasts a big and popular cast with 6 individual stories. Each story features a family or a couple and their pets. These stories are simple but very relatable. Each of them is heartwarming in their own unique way. I am pleasantly surprised that I am satisfied with the amount of screen time for each story. Oftentimes with such a big cast, you feel something is missing, screen time is not evenly distributed, or not enough time dedicated to tell a complete story. However, I don't feel that at all.
We have a very experienced cast and there's really nothing to criticize about their acting. However, the MVPs are the pets. I don't own any pet and am not especially fond of dogs and cats (I am fine with them). This movie makes me want to be a pet owner, well, maybe not a pig owner.
If you love animals, especially dogs, cats and pigs, then I strongly recommend this movie to you. It's an easy watch and will make you feel very loved and warm inside.

Fluff, fluffier, fluffiest...
This movie is really touching and sweet showing a palette of fluffy pets and the stories attached to them and their owners. Truly exploring the meaning of ownership mixing humour, cuteness, suspense, love as well as the very painful loss... And in a way how we all are connected in one way or another. The different relationships shown are very touching and feel real (except foe one with a ghost). I decided to watch this with my 9 year old as the first asian movie I watch with her and she was truly touched by it. Loving the fluff and brought to tears more than once when reminded of our own story of loss of our pet a few years back.
I personally loved the fluff, the people, the animals and how simple this movie is... it does not dig to deep and truly does show how pets affect humans lives. Also this did not help with my long time dream of owning a pig...
All in all definitely a movie I recommend, just do not forget the tissues.

Heartwarming
I'm currently waiting for new episodes of my drama to come out and decided to give this one a try. It's been on my list for a while because of the familiar cast but it was better than I expected. With several different stories that all kind of connect to the same vet. Each story was unique and focused on different relationships and how their pets played into them. A new couple with a pig and trying to navigate a new life. A newly wed couple with a dog that seems to be the third wheel and protects his mom every time they try to do something. A new relationship forming with the help of a little kitty. A father-daughter relationship getting healed with the help of a cat. So many stories that may seem simple but are really special. Even me, someone who doesn't have pets and has no intention of wanting pets, was touch by the story. I was crying so hard at the end for many reasons. Also, the guest appearance of ONER was great. I laughed so much through the drama, very humourous writing and acting. Was this review helpful to you?
Sweet ensemble cast (some with 4 legs) that delivered
Very few drama trope can stir your emotions like those involving animals and with 6 furry pets involved we are guaranteed emotion and cuteness overload. To be honest, the movie didn't break any new grounds and everything was fairly low key in the drama department but it was written that way so it delivered as expected. The stories were nice and sweet but it can hit you in the feels when it wanted to and I was really saddened by one of the stories. The rest were sweet, heart-warming and uplifting so mission accomplished.
Best to watch it with family or SO and your own pet on a lazy day.

heart warming story
This is one heart warming story about your pets and you. How animal remember us in their own way, how loyal they are to us, how protective they are and many other story...The cutest story or the very unexpected story comes in the term of pig as a pets. Haha... The woman expresion when she saw that pig is really precisely as mine if I get to that situation... But still one funny one if we only experience it through our screen...
Overall this really heart warming story that remind us how good animal to us....

Disconcerting movie: boring at first but heart-warming and emotional in its second half!
This movie was a bit disconcerting to me: I was not sure what the narration was trying to accomplish with its numerous storylines and characters. Its first half was pretty boring and generic in my eyes and the second half positively surprised me. Indeed, I was able to finally immerse myself in the plot and to be concerned by the characters' lots. There was a couple of scenes that were tears-inducing but it was not over-the top: they were well-played and made total sense in the context of the story. The ensemble cast did a suitable job overall but it is clearly the pets that are the stars of the film. I was super impressed by the emotions they were able to transmit and all the tricks they were playing. It must not have been easy (both for the human actors and the production team) to manage all the scenes with the various animals. I really hope that the various pets were not hurt and were well-taken care of during the filming.
While the production was classic and colourful, the OST was not memorable at all: I do not remember even one song.
I would recommend this to people loving stories showcasing pets and in search of some heart-warming feelings. This does not revolution the genre and is a bit strangely paced in its set up but it will make you go through some emotions for sure.
