STORY and PRODUCTION
I included production in this section of my review since it very much contributes to the storyline. The teamwork of the writer, director and those who worked for the drama's set, costumes and cinematography shines in the way each episode came out. I will not deny that some parts of the story may better have been excluded, but these do not, in anyway, make this drama less beautiful. Watching this drama felt like a journey on the sea aboard a cruise ship - the waves and winds may sway the ride at some point, but it is overall a relaxing trip with a view that delights the eyes and warms the heart.
CAST and ACTING
Kim Dong Wook and Moon Ga Young's age gap wasn't in any way noticeable - for me, at least. It is very obvious that they studied their characters very well and worked hard to make them come alive in their acting. The same is true for the other actors, whose characters are all loveable, but I'd like to mention in a special way, Yoon Jong Hoon, whose character, Yoo Tae Eun, is my favorite. I found myself being able to sympathize with his struggles and I was very happy with how his own story turned out in the end.
MUSIC
All the songs in this drama's OST are worth playing on loop. Period.
REWATCH VALUE
I could find myself watching this again after a string of heart-pounding and nerve-racking dramas. ^^
OVERALL
Having 'Find Me in Your Memory' as my first melodrama makes it all the more memorable.
To anyone who would give this drama a chance, you can expect 1) a comforting time with the characters where they are able to express themselves with honesty and sincerity, 2) moments that would challenge your detective skills in solving the thriller parts and 3) to discover that the impact of memories on our life is often based on our attitude towards them.

Things I liked:
-The strong points of this drama are for sure its characters and the music. Without the characters/actors who played their roles so well, this drama would have been average overall.
-The music was part of the viewing experience. Its been a while since I watched a drama that was able to cleverly use music/osts to accompany scenes. Every osts was wonderful because they were used at the right scenes and at the right timing. The scenes wouldn't have had the same impact without them. The last time I felt strongly this way was from My Mister and Doctor John.
-It took me a while to warm up to the idea of our main couple together. I didn't immediately see what a lot of people were talking about in regards to their chemistry together. Later on, after seeing their instagram lives and as we progressed more in the story - its safe to say they have become one of my favourite onscreen couples. They were polar opposites but complemented each other so well.
-The supporting actors helped take the viewing experience up a notch. There was variety of personalities so it really improved the overall mood of the drama. I always looked forward to seeing their scenes too because they were fun and entertaining.
- The drama used a lot of symbolism and parallels to showcase development and progress. I really liked those details, and they were easier to spot thanks to My Mister.
Things I did not like so much:
-As a lot of other people have pointed out already, the beginning started out strong only to peter out in the end. I don't know what happened, but the fact that they had to use some cliche tropes didn't help the drama. I am not against using cliche tropes especially if they're executed well and help the story progress, in this case though I felt like it was completely unnecessary because it took the overall quality of the drama down.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In general, that was all that I didn't like about the drama really. I feel like it's all encapsulated there. Overall, I'm glad I watched this drama. The vibe was exactly what I was looking for. I loved both our leads in their other projects. With Kim Dong Wook in The Guest. I saw Moon Ga Young in Live Up To Your Name and the fact that she stood out to me so much despite the minor role means she's done brilliantly. I wanted then to see her one day in a main role and she didn't disappoint. The range of emotions she's shown here was admirable. It's always so nice to see actors be so completely immersed in their roles.

I got hooked for the first 5 episodes and got distractred for the other episodes because the next episodes dragged down the story (sorry✌?).
Moreover, I did promise myself to finish watchin' this drama because the ML reminded me of one of my favorite kdrama actors-Park Yoon Chun. His acting together with the other casts was quite amazing.
I also loved the second leads?-Ha Kyung and the reporter. They made the drama lively.
This drama deserves an applause???.

This was my first kdrama of Kim Dong Wok and he's acting was perfect. He can connect with everyone in every scene. I like the personality of his character as Anchor Lee, and how he portrayed it. His voice was a plus.
As for Moon Ga Young, she's good. Her chemistry with KDW worked well on screen. Her portrayal of a very honest and straight to the point actress suited her.
I also love the other couple in this drama the newsroom couple and youngest couple was a breath of fresh air.
I gave this an over-all rating of 8 because I felt that the last few episodes were a bit rushed. I feel like the first part was well written their lines were remarkable. Though I appreciate the location where they shoot some of the scenes on the latter part, it doesn't make up for the script. The last scene was close to perfect if only I did not have that rushed feeling on the back of my mind.
To sum it up, its a good drama. The cast was good. This was the first kdrama I watched where I have no idea or background of the acting works of the leads but it came out worth it of my time. It's a must watch.

the chemistry is superb!
THIS IS MY ONE OF MY FAVORITE! i never rewatch a drama or its behind the scenes before.but Kim Dongwook-Moon Gayoung chemistry is totally changed me! :''') i even watched their live on yeohajin's ig acc haha
honestly the story somehow is light and familiar for kdrama lovers. but their chemistry, the dialogues, the cinematography, the soundtracks (which is not as many as other drama) are great!! we can learn from their mature relationship, and how anchornim and hajin give some space for each other at the right time. this drama definitely made me fall in love with Kim Dongwook!!

This started out as a pretty decent drama, but I had a pretty hard time getting into it. More specifically I just couldn't easily ship the OTP in this show. I'm not adverse to age gaps at all, but the leads are just too far apart not in age, but in maturity and the production team made this even more extreme with making Moon Ga Young's character and visuals as juvenile as possible. It was kind of like watching a cartoon about the romance of a polar bear and an alien robot, I could only follow the story with detached amusement. (At least there was no love triangle)With that said I have eventually gotten into it just fine and I felt pretty entertained, unfortunately the writer felt the need to ruin my fun almost right away. The three hours preceding the finale were pretty much garbage tier. First they broke up due to noble reasons, then they made up for like 5 minutes & finally the writer proceeded with the mandatory 2 year separation plot. I'm sick and tired of bullshit separation plots and the one in this drama felt especially bad. At least the final episode offered a pretty decent, but short happy ending.

It has a pretty nice concept, interesting characters and beautiful cinematography, especially the female lead looked extremely stunning in almost all the scenes, breathtaking! I liked some parts of the story like the stalker situation, doctor publishing illegally and all that,it really pull you in during these episodes, especially the whole deal with the stalker was super well written and executed. I loved the second lead couple, both seulgi and jin hyuk(who actually surprised me with his acting) did a great job .I must really compliment the artists who made the osts, they really outdid themselves, was super impressed!
What reduced my points is the fact that the plot is so messy, some parts good, others were very, very cliche. The writers tried to include way too many story lines into one.The last 2 episodes were a disaster, including the dialogues its like the writer gave up in the last episode. The ending was cute but still the way they executed it in the end made me feel little iffy. The story line itself was a little too unrealistic(?), like the whole love story line, something about it made me feel uncomfortable.
Still a good watch,was entertained :)

anchor Lee Jung Hoon although he possessed a super memory, however it appears quiet and moderate on the screen and he was attacking mistakes and lies from famous guests, he was terrific in his work as an announcer...
Yeo Ha Jin was a famous actress with a successful and strange character and she was suffering from memory loss, and that shocked me the most friendship between Ha Na and Young was beautiful friendship, and The end was not bad or good, let's say was perfect.
I thank Directors and Screenwriters for beautiful story, and I Thank actors and actresses for amazing acting, In particular Kim Dong Wook and Moon Ga Young, On terrific acting.

Surprisingly good
When I first read the storyline, I expected a melodrama that would cause me so much heartache because of all the twists and turns. However, when I saw the poster and teasers, the drama seemed slow-paced, kind of like "When The Weather is Fine." After finishing "Find Me in Your Memory," I can confidently say that it is not frustratingly dramatic, nor does it drag the plotline. I enjoyed it much more than I expected and I will give a more detailed explanation in the paragraphs below. The drama's main plotline revolves around the memories that the main leads do or do not remember. When I first realized their connection, I predicted that there would be a huge "explosion" scene where the truth would be unraveled and misunderstandings would arise. To my pleasant surprise, the main characters are much more mature and aren't as impulsive as typical kdrama characters. The writers were smart to focus the drama on the characters rather than some revenge plot that the villain was planning.
The acting and cast for this drama were definitely the best. The main actor had a difficult role where he needed to express a lifetime of emotions with only his expression; I think he did exceptionally well and did not seem to force the emotions. The main actress started off with a simpler role, but after experiencing a major event, she needed to change her expressions and overall feeling. Her character development was something I looked forward to, and our main lead did not disappoint. I should also add, the chemistry between the two leads was off the charts. The side characters were perfect to balance out the serious tone of the drama; there were lighthearted moments that allowed me to not feel stressed about the challenges the main couple had to go through. The villains, all despicable, still played their roles very well and allowed me to hate them to the bone.
I rated the drama's ost a perfect 10 because it had a collection of songs I really enjoyed. Although there isn't much variety, genrewise, they still tugged at my heart and complemented the drama. I actually added one of the songs to my playlist because it is such a gem, "A Memory In My Heart" by Yangpa.
The rewatch value category often confuses me; I have never fully rewatched a drama because I don't feel the need to watch all the scenes. Therefore, I rated this category based on how likely I was to watch the main couple's scenes again. Although their love story was splendid to watch, it was very heavy. The side couple, on the other hand, was so cute and I would definitely watch a short compilation of their romance.
Overall, I definitely recommend this drama to anyone. This exceeded my expectations and I am proud to boast that I finished it under 48 hours, without skipping as much as I usually do.
