Was this review helpful to you?

An Imperfect but Unforgettable Drama
I have just finished this drama and I must admit how surprised I am by how much I enjoyed it.First, the negatives: the female lead was often quite blank and annoying. Out of all the main characters, she was probably my least favorite. At times it felt like things happened around her rather than because of her actions. The only thing I really appreciated was her final choice.
On the other hand, I absolutely loved Chun Jong-beom. He was such an atypical male lead. Watching him go from seemingly emotionless to loving someone so deeply that he would sacrifice everything for her was incredibly compelling. He wasn’t a perfect hero, and that’s exactly what made him interesting. More than a romance character, he felt like someone constantly struggling against his own nature and trying to become worthy of love.
I also think the story deserves more credit than it gets. It had several plot twists that genuinely caught me off guard and kept me guessing until the end. The drama constantly challenged my assumptions about fate, love, and whether people can truly change.
Overall, it’s definitely not a flawless drama, but it was far more ambitious, emotional, and psychologically interesting than I expected, and Chun Jong-beom is a character I won’t forget anytime soon. ❤️
