Not really my thing, but worth it for the main couple

Watched this on a wimp since Talay plays one of the main roles.
First of all the intro should really come with an epilepsy warning.
Then, as the intro already explains well enough, nothing about this series is to be taking seriously. And I can see how some people may get a good laugh out of the series.
Sadly it wasn’t my type of humour at all. I may have laughed at some of the scenes, if it wasn’t for the terrible “audience laughter” they played basically after every sentence.. even when nothing funny was happening at all.
Luckily they stopped playing it as much, the further it got to the end.
I just kind of awkwardly sat through the weird jokes, because I really liked the main couple. They had some solid chemistry even for such a short Drama especially such a non serious one.
They were really cute and natural. They even had some unexpected Drama and problems. I liked them and their story so I put up with everything else.

For some reason though, the ending was hilarious, I can’t really say why since it was just as weird as all the other parts of the series, but that ending it just caught me so off guard and got so weird that I actually did get a GOOD laugh, that almost made up for all the other missed out laughter :’D.

I also really liked all of the characters in themselves, especially the apartment owner and her followers. I just didn’t think it was all that funny.

All in all, if for some reason you are intrigued to watch this (cause u like one of the actors,
Or the music(which is one song stolen from another BL) or whatever) definitely do. It’s absolutely brainless but kind of entertaining.

Epitome of On Crack Complications

What earth is this drama, out of nowhere they are in space lmaooo. I expected it since we saw them in the world of washing machines. This drama makes no sense at all, but why is it so great? Literally, it has the most random edits and the acting is superior! Porpla is my favourite character lol, she's great. Both of the main characters are so loveable. Not to mention, the fact that side-characters are even better. I say that it's a must-watch if you've had a stressful day. It's quite... useless of a show. The music was great, I never skipped the intro song. Porpla's warning made the show much better starting at the beginning. It's A MUST-WATCH!

I LOVED ITT!! ><

It was one of the most amazing series I've ever seen. It was HILARIOUS and this series is exactly what you need to forget about your everyday problems and get a distraction from the stress for a little bit.

The acting was overall decent and they made a great job and made me laugh A LOT. I'm really sad it ended so quick but I sincerely recommend yall start this series! You won't regret it!

The intro music.... I got no words... IM IN LOVE WITH IT!! I was bopping so hard to the intro song everytime and its the only series in which I didn't skip the intro not even once and for the record I watched it over and over again so many times and I still didn't get bored of it!

WARNING: This series doesn't show much skinship between the couples but as a huge bl fan ,although it doesn't show much I can reassure you that it's very cute and mostly and most importantly hilarious.!

Hope this review is helpful for yall :) <3

They did start the majority of the episodes, if not all by giving a warning that this sitcom is made for pure entertainment and that there is no useful knowledge- only drama. The series also state not to ask for any rationality. So, when you watch this series keep that in mind!

Story-8/10
Story? What story? But seriously, they did bring up some important issues and handled them beautifully. However, some weird things did happen in this series that had you shaking your head or laughing out very loudly at it! I did love the MC. Nott actually gave good advice when he spoke to the directly to the audience. Nott and Pun together were also great. The person who stole the show for me was Porpla. I loved this character so much!

Acting/Cast- 9/10
I liked thier acting! They were able to put across the story so well!

Music-8/10
I gave their music an 8 cause the majority of their songs were from WRU? I gave an 8 thier as well.

Rewatch Value-6/10
I may watch this series in the future again, but currently I am not eager to watch it again.

Overall-8/10
This series gave a good message, eventhough we were told to not take it seriously. It was a good show for me!

Edited this review because I finally understood one key thing about this series, that it's not a normal one!!!.
This series is definitely not for everyone, it's a chaotic and weird sitcom. It is like a hilarious parody.
Many times I was literally like WTF is happening.
The chemistry between the actors was a bit bland, the same I have observed in many simple and direct series like this one.
The setup was very immature and comic style.
The story and the actor's dialogue are very illogical and contradict itself. This factor alone stopped letting the story go in a single direction.
Can be watched just for time to pass.
I like both the lead actors and the way they played their roles but at the same time, I believe Pun acted way better as King in My Engineer, and the other lead acted a bit better in Paint with Love.

Someone else might like it, I didn't

I watched the first episode and I was about to drop it. The only reason I kept watching was because of Talay and because I enjoyed the opening theme.

Most actors are really good, others don't appear as often for me to judge. As I was watching it, I felt mixed emotions. There are four kinds of scenes: romantic and funny ones, that I enjoyed, and cringy and shocking ones, that I didn't like at all. The whole series alternates between these four in such a way that everytime I felt like I was liking the show, it ended up disappointing, or even disgusting, me.
The storyline is also too weird and absurd for my tastes. The characters seem to fall in love with each other for absolutely no reason, they get in trouble for absurd things and in their clueless and quirky behaviour they don't understand what is going on. Even if most actors were good, many characters didn't seem to even have a personality at all. They looked more like disposable characters that were used only when they were needed.

I don't like to write bad reviews and I hesitated to write this one. Luckily the show is short enough for me not to feel like I wasted my time. As I said, the only thing I enjoyed about the show is the opening theme and even that one is extremely weird. If you want to watch it, just know that you may not like it, so don't expect too much.

I’m not sure what happened in the whole show? I was in love with episode one, but later my enthusiasm died down. The last two episodes brought it back though.

I loved how over the top and slapstick the comedy was at the beginning, but as more episodes came out, they were less grounded in the situation and plot, and more of mini comedy skits. That's not exactly my type of a show progression, but I still enjoyed it.

I really liked the dynamics between Nott, Pun and Arm. This type of love line was overdone so many times, but here, a simple take on the story was perfect, since the surroundings were so crazy. Not only that, Nott’s character was quite well written. His “what is love” scenes were surprisingly heartwarming and deep. For a sitcom like this they, quite straightforwardly, talked about consent when someone is intoxicated. Big plus. Overall, lots of depth under all that silly comedy.

I must say, I was quite impressed with Yoon’s acting too. All the supporting roles were overacted (that was a stylistic choice for the comedy bits) so the tone down and more natural acting delivered by the main cast balanced it well. I actually wanted to rewatch some scenes simply because I liked what Yoon did with Nott’s character.

WARNING FOR VIEWERS! The whole show is quite an “acid trip” in terms of editing. There are many weird sequences with flashing lights and loud sounds. If you are sensitive in terms of visual stimuli, I would suggest skipping this show completely.

Overall, it’s a light (borderline dumb with some bits) show that should never be taken seriously. If you don’t like sitcoms, you most likely won’t like this too. It’s extremely unrealistic and silly, but that's the charm and the point of it. Even with some over the top elements, it has quite a few nice messages hidden between the comedy skits.

WHAT THE JUNK?

The average for this was a 7.4 stars, but I was feeling nice and gave it a 7.5 stars out of 10 stars. This was so bad, it wasn't even funny. 6 episodes of pure disappointment. The cast was decent; the story was not the best; just the way they presented it and did it made everything just so much worse. I actually couldn't stand watching this. I had to force myself to finish this because there are only six episodes. I saw so many good ratings for this; in fact, I had to scroll like 3 pages to find the first bad rating, and it was a 4, rightfully so.

It's a mashup between Seinfield (I think it is spelled like that) and Dora the Explorer. Seinfield is a sitcom for reference, if you didn't know already. It's a pretty bad sitcom in my opinion; they have shit ass humor, they try to hard to be funny with the laughing in the back, and it is something you go to sleep with and not actually watch. This was that show. You will be better off just falling asleep than actually sitting down and watching this. I say Dora as well, because at the end of the six episodes, I didn't even know his name because I was so damn confused. Nott would look into the camera and make some reference to love, and then the episodes would just end. Like what? That was probably the best part because the lines were actually pretty good and stuck with me.

Acting was, I'd say, all over the place in a good way. I like seeing actors I am familiar with. It was a fun vibe, but the vibe of trying too hard to be funny was not a fun vibe. It just gets annoying, and it's like you are playing bingo with your grandma and trying not to fall asleep. That's how I felt watching this show.

The editing looked like it was done by a 6th grader for a group project that is due the next day. Which can be a good thing because Fish upon the Sky is like that, but they pulled it off. This did not. You can have trash editing on some parts, but you have to mix it in with some actual good editing. It can't all be bad because that just gets annoying after a while instead of being funny because it was random.

Step on Me by the Cardigans was their song. Like towards the end of the last episode, when Nott was having trouble saying what he wanted to say, like he had been doing for the whole show, it was just giving that song, and I had it in my head for the rest of that last episode.

Yeah, that's it. I posted a lot to my close friends, but every single story was just pure confusion, and I really didn't know what was even going on or why. I wouldn't recommend this because this was an actual dumpster fire. If you want to watch it, go for it; I am not going to stop you. Okay bye!

A WHOLESOME SLAPSTICK SHOW!!!!

I never expected this series as the one who slaps not only as a slapstick comedy show but a wholesome one too. At first, I was on the fence if I want to watch this, and I was like "shit, whatever I'll watch it”. The show is filled with cringey/cheesy moments but fused with love and good directing feature. The series never failed to make me laugh even how cringey the scenes get. I think the good pacing of the story and the chemistry towards the two male leads are properly presented. I must say that it's rare for me that comedic series hits hard like this one did.
Admittedly, some scenes like getting stuck in the washing machines in the laundromat is rather cringe and absurd bcuz of the editing and shit, but I don't mind it at all. I keep in mind that this show should never be taken seriously especially the special effects, background sound fxs and editing.
The two male leads did very well portraying their respective roles. Yoon really have his overflowing charm at his disposal. Everytime the episode leads to an end and he looks in the camera he's got my heart skipping a bit. I love Talay here bcuz in contrast to Yoon (being sometimes OP during comedic scenes), he fuels up some of the humor. It's like a balanced pairing for the two. The supporting characters also did well but I'm a bit like meh to the Yuri character. I think she's unnecessary bcuz I'm tired of bitches pursuing a guy. I appreciate how they tone down her character.
The love triangle is good and it ended that Arm chooses to back out and let the two love each other.
I'm kinda disappointed of Pun leaving but luckily he got back after a year.
I love Porpla and her two bitches. I love how they always dress for the occasions like whenever they show up they wear different outfits (firefighters, soldiers, etc.). I love that in finale I got to witness Porpla having her soft and serious side shown when she have a heartfelt conversation with Pun. I might say she also did that!!
I love when sometimes the series gets serious and the finale hits hard especially the farewell party for Pun.
They might be a crazy family in a large apartment building but they formed a wholesome bond with each other that makes me love this series even more.
This is really an unexpectedly beautiful sitcom for me. This is just perfect and lightweight that prevents the viewer from analyzing shit bcuz it is what it is. This is solid and well written. I love how it turned out.

A comedy that has BL and not a BL that has comedy

This is a comedy before being a BL series. So that’s very important before starting it. That might have been my problem, since I was expecting more of balance. Also, this show is weird and many things don’t have explanations. So you have to deal with that.

The romance was sweet and the main characters had chemistry. It’s undeniable that Talay and Yoon work amazingly well together. But the comedy aspect and side characters really dragged this show down for me.

I know the ending is not super popular, but I enjoyed it.

YYY Special is a far better story in my opinion.

Why, YYY, WHY?

Ok, this is a hell of a trainwreck, one of the messiest, most stupid, incoherent, over-the-top dramas I have ever seen. From the beginning to the end it was just a whole bunch of crap here and there, and, somehow, I liked it.

Let's gonna honored the show by doing a mess of a review because there is a lot to say and I don't know how to start. Since the disclaimer at the beginning I knew it was gonna be a bad drama -and it was-, but let's just focus on the positive.

* I don't know if I liked the NottPun story bc everything else was a trainwreck or if it was bc it was a good plot. But I think that the background of their love story was enjoyable. I would love it too if that would have been a serious show. Well, that until the special which I really didn't like as much as the original series.

* I've just realized that forehead kisses are the real deal in Thai BL, I mean, you know that they are serious when someone kisses the other on the forehead. That's kinda more important than lips kisses.

* I felt bad for Arm but also I admire him, he stepped out when things got serious between Nott and Pun, that was something to admire.

* Props to the series, I haven't seen a lot of dramas, but this is the first time I see a straight rejection, Nott was serious to Arm, didn't involve his feelings for Pun, and say straight forward. In LBC when Can rejected Tin it wasn't really a rejection, I just felt that he was confused, but wasn't really rejected him. Somehow in UWMA, it wasn't a straight rejection to Alex too, so I think this is the first time I see that in a show.

* Ohm was a black horse there, he was the goofy character that can be serious when things matter. I can see that kind of person in real life. In the end, it was a good one.

* The insecurities that Nott had about being an orphan and don't have anything to offer to Pun, that was rough, boy... it was something real, I have met some people who struggle with the same things, so it was a good catch. Well, after he realizes his real feelings things got better, but, for a moment it was great.

* I found it funny that Yoon (the MC) sometimes couldn't hold the laugh, you can see him laughing in a lot of moments through the show...

* It's sad that for a series that is +18, the kisses weren't better :( my only complaint until now.

* The special wasn't thaaaaaaaat good.

* I thought that Pun was the only normal character on it and it resulted to be Arm.

* Props to them to make a series like this work with so little cast...

* I love the fact that they used Why R U?'s OST, I know is the same director, but, the songs fit good in YYY too.

* Last but definitely not least, Nott, Pun, Arm, and Pao are so fucking hot...

* The first episode of the special was so awkward, not as the show, but, I felt like Yoon and Talay (the actors) weren't enjoying that so much.

Well, I don't consider this the BL of the century, but for someone who was looking for something just for laziness purposes, it was entertaining.

some YouTuber making videos with their family

Did we watch the same series? What are all these reviews talking about? I even rechecked if it's the same series or not. Yes, everyone has different tastes but how could someone rate this 10 I'm speechless. The three yaoi fangirls were annoying at its best. The only thing that saved the show is the acting of the main leads. And comedy? The backbencher guys from my high school 7 years back did better comedy. YouTubers make better videos in their non professional settings and in their homes. Dropping and never picking up let alone rewatching. I even want my wasted time back.
