i haven't watched daisy yet but the synopsis reminds me of each other....

in "the devil" the cop and the "suspect" do fall in love with the main lead in some way shape or form. however, the devil deals with more of the mystery than the romance but how its set up doesn't make you feel like its lacking... the end is a little tragic but the over all show was really good...

i wouldn't recommend this for anyone who doesn't like dark or intense shows because "the devil" has both...

It has the same feeling even though its not even the same country.both movies drags you into the story.Be prepared to fell like you are a part of the film. Personally i liked better Waiting in the dark, but I think it's because i like Japanese better.

Both films are similar in subtext although very different otherwise. However, both films are very silent. In Daisy the main character can't speak for the bigger part of the film and in 3-iron there are no spoken lines before the very end. However, both films have excellent cinematography and artistic film-making, making them both very interesting to watch.

An Assassin and Daisy both have an interesting story line about an assassin and a girl, but otherwise they are completely different. (I loved both, though.)

Both have a blind female character and the male character also have something to hide from his identity.

A story about the inevitable showdown between a detective and a killer who fall in love with the same woman. In the story features a street artist who dreams of opening her own exhibition someday, while there is a killer who loves her but cannot confess his love to her because of his profession

Both female leads are blind, although for Daisy, it happened to her only halfway at the end. The male leads planned their way on meeting the female leads but then fell in love with her along the way. For the movie though, the intention wasn't bad, unlike for the drama.

One is a Korean movie and the other a Thai drama, but both have a hitman who falls in love with an innocent woman who's an artist. (And both are awesome.)
