But is it really love?

I have mixed feelings about this story. Mind you, I can't stomach anything that gives off a depressing vibe. But strangely, this drama attracted my attention. This story has depth and mostly targets the 30+ age group. I can't comprehend the message the story is trying to give. There are two people of different age groups. One in his twenties and one in her forties. Both are at their rock bottom struggling to survive both mentally and physically. They meet each other and find comfort in each other's company. They eventually fall in love.

But is it really love?

Then there is the woman in her forties and her husband. The husband is in love with his first love ( who he meets with from time to time) and there is the wife who is in love with a random young man. But they refuse to take the next step. To them, their matrimonial relationship is an anchor of some sort. Although they have fallen out of love long ago, they still continue to live together, eat together spend their life together. like this, they continue to suffer together. They are more like friends than lovers.

Is that kind of life worth it?

Both are not bold enough to take the next step. Scared to go beyond their comfort zone.

Is this how it should be?

If you start watching Lost just for eye candy Ryu Joon Yeol, buckle up! you´re in for a ride!!!!

Possibly one of the most compelling and wonderful shows in Kdrama land. It is truly fantastic! It exceeded my expectations. Very rarely do I find character driven series interesting from beginning to end. The intimate camera work reminded me of twisted Japanese series in sensibility, but LOST surpassed them by far. Japanese series have perhaps the most original premises in asian dramas and wonderful close up shots, however they usually fall apart midway and I'm left with a bad taste in my mouths. In LOST the audience gets to go through an intimate and unsettling journey that resonates with the viewer from the start to the last scene. The writing, the directing and the acting of all actresses and actors is simply subliminal.

All characters were perfectly casted and totally believable in their roles. And once again RYU JOON YEOL will steal your heart!!!

It is hurting... can't find the healing for this deep pain

When you can't find the right person to understand your pain but comes suddenly by coincidence.
This show extremely take the watcher deeply in the leads world of sorrow and agony. They make the watcher feel really that they feel empty inside and does not achieve anything in their life, not satisfying with their current situations.
I think the relationship between leads is original and unique. They have met a the time where they need someone who understand them and stands beside them in their hardships and come to heal each others
The story path and with watching one episode after the other gives for the watcher the feeling of curiosity to know if the leads will find the path of happiness and if they live a decent life and feel their human being sense.
The story has some sides of mystery and take the watcher to their world with professionalism acting and performance.
This kind of story has not been similar to any other drama, I think it deserves to continue watching till the end.

Why do I no longer feel human? Do I deserve to feel this way?

This show has left a tear in my heart. Everything was so beautifully written. What does it mean to be human? Are we allowed to feel sadness, rage, or happiness? What gives us the right to do so?

Each character had their own sense of loneliness. Some characters went on with life living with that loneliness, while others fell into the darkness. Some characters chose death, some chose to ignore it, and others chose to face it and slowly learn. What does death mean? What does life mean? "Life without an illusion is not living." Waking up from a dream is what makes your reality.

This drama had some of the best most complex yet simple dialogue I've ever seen. The amount of care, thought, and wisdom in this series was amazing. If you want to gain a new perspective on life, then please watch this beautiful story unfold.

The relationship between the leads was so deep. It wasn't a romance, a friendship, or set of strangers, it was a bit of everything. They were connected by emotional intimacy and words, by souls. Being without each other made them less lonely. It was like they were lonely together, all alone, but alone together. Truly beautiful is every meaning of the word.

The father was also such a beautiful character with so much meaning. He brought some much love to the characters.

All I know is that this drama will stick with me for a really long time. I feel like it has created a scar on my heart; one that's sad but beautiful. In a few years, once I've reached a different point in my life, I'd like to come back and watch this with a new perspective. Maybe I'll view the drama a different way and learn something new.

"When did it all go wrong?"

As I write this, I still don’t know whether my tears are because of how it ended or because it ended. Lost is a thought provoking drama which took me on a road trip of feeling exploration. The writing, the acting, the cinematography, and OST are brilliant and complement each other to create the mood. I felt rage, I cried, I laughed, I side-eyed and all of this was just in the first episode. There was also an underlying sadness in the monologues and dialogues of the characters which made it all the more appealing to me since it felt relatable. "When did it all go wrong?" is a line which will forever haunt me. The drama, while not categorized as a romance, was definitely a slow burn and my heart fluttered every time the leads were together. This is because the leads’ chemistry was off the charts and they didn’t have to do much more than gaze at each other to make me swoon and make my heart beat crazily. I felt the longing and happiness they felt whenever they were together.

One of the themes of this show IS cheating, and I usually do not get attached to characters who cheat. But, because of the way it was portrayed, it wasn't a quick and dirty rump in the hay, I was fine with it.

"lost" found me when I needed it the most

The dialogue in lost is like no other. The writers conveyed the emotions so well and the delivery and potrayals the actors gave will forever be appreciated by me.

Thank you to everyone involved in this phenomenal production. It made me feel understood.

I felt lost. I still feel lost, but I appreciate my lost feeling a bit more.

My rewatch value is so low because I don't think I can go through the emotional heartache this series gave me. I'm already depressed, I don't need more sadness added to my life.

At first I was hesitating to start the drama but in the end it’s a very good drama ! one of my favourite so far. The chemistry between the leads is amazing. I fell in love with the cinematography. The end got me in tears , i decided to believe that in the last scene, the last glance they give to each other means “I love you , I missed you”. They found each other again but the difference is that now they are ready to be with each other and appreciate the life together. I loved the bound between Soonju and Minjung <3

Are you Lost?

As if I feel lost in my life, I was interested to watch this Kdrama. I didn't know the cast of it, but I would like to watch it; because the story of the drama is more important to me.

I think some parts of the drama are unknown to me and it's better to rewatch some scenes. If you want to start "Lost", I recommend you to pay attention carefully to every scene, so that you don't miss any details of the drama.

Actually, I was ready for a more clear end of the story and I didn't get it. I don't know, maybe we have to be ready for Season 2.

I want to say Thank You to Ryu Joon Yeol and Yoo Soo Bin. I didn't know Ryu Joon Yeol and know I'm a fan of him. Of course, I have known Yoo Soo Bin from Start-Up and I believe that he is a good actor, I hope he reaches more success in 2022.

And other thanks to the cast of LOST. They made me think about life and my goals a little more.

The Ending

Okay I got it that Bu Jeong doesn’t wear her ring anymore so she is now divorced and kang Jae is still in his job coz of the tag the door of his house and the last scene so they will be together❤️
But what about Jeong Su and his ex lover ? She only appeared in one scene that she asked the taxi driver to take her back…the question is back to her house or to the funeral? And what about them? Will they end up together like our leads? And one more question I just don’t get why they broke up from the beginning ,she told Jeong Su that she loved only him from the very beginning,so Why did she try to torture him as she said in episode 15? I just don’t get it..heeeeelp😂

rather than it being a wound, it feels like looking at a scar that has now healed.

This drama is like nothing I have ever watched before and has become my all-time-favorite-k-drama within only a few episodes.

This drama is probably not everyone, but for someone who is barely a main character in their own life, feeling "Lost" in life and dealing with depression, this was everything I never knew I needed.
I thought I would cry but instead it gave me great comfort.
The dialogues and monologues gave me more than enough content to fill the notes app on my phone. I will surely look at them often.

I seriously want to bow before both screenwriter and director for making this masterpiece. The cast was just perfect and I found myself having a unique experience while watching this drama... I was truly lost inside "Lost".

As the series progresses I also realized that the real villain of the story is life itself. As much as you might dislike a character at first, the more you will feel for them as the episodes go by. As cruel as it can be, it not only affects you and me but also the people we often blame for our own suffering. People that were hurt and didn't heal can only ever hurt people in order to feel better about themselves.

I don't want to spoil too much or talk much about the storyline, as I think everyone should discover this drama on their own without any spoilers because there are a lot of things that can be missed if you don't pay attention. Yes, it is a slow pace but silence can have so much more meaning than any written line.

The drama title really fit its story. A woman who 'keeps' finding herself —her will to live, after all the things that happened to her. And a man who is also 'trying' to find the meaning of life. In short, they are both "lost".

Everything in this drama is wonderful. I love how they show all of the struggles of every character, from their marriage, to their family, to their job, relationships with other people, and many more. The feelings I have for this drama while watching it is overwhelming.

This drama for me is 9/10. Sad that this doesn't gain any recognition from other people. But watching it was worth it. If you want a light drama, then this is not for you.
