Bad Couple (2007)

It gives me the same feeling as the old k drama which i liked when i was young...
Both FL have powerful CEO image finding someone to have a child and finally fall in love...
Both ML have smart & handsome image who is perfect man for FL to choose...

Surprised nobody has recommended this one already but here it comes...
In both dramas the female lead works in fashion field, one is a shoe designer and the other a magazine editor. In Bad Couple the woman wants a baby because it's going to be her last chance soon to have a child but she doesn't want a husband just like the woman in I Do, I Do who gets pregnant after one night stand. Both women are suffering health problems during pregnancy and in both the baby's father is younger.

both dramas show the struggling relationships of the couples.

This is a Drama that also about pregnant woman fighting to keep their baby.

Similar plot a woman want a child but not a husband looks for the ideal sperm donor then goes after him. The female lead in the Korean drama was more shall I say resourceful about obtaining said sperm pretty hilarious.

In both series one of its characters wants a child without getting married and tries to convince the man to sleep with her.

Both dramas have lead females who wants a baby without the hassle of getting married. In Jojo's world though she is having gynaecological issues.

In both dramas the lead female just wants to have a baby without getting entangled into a relationship.
